marek....glad u r back...and i'm with u 100%...i think u should ask BoN in a polite orderly fashion...and i have no doubt that is what u will do...enuff is enuff....and i feel the lack of respect....the lack of leadership....which our CEO has left us in is disgraceful.....there is such a thing as lack of respect...gag order...or no gag order.....he could have and should have responded and give us an update....no ifs....ands....or buts...period...amazing how he could pop up to promote his lotto...then wham...nothing for 3 weeks or more.....contacting BoN in an orderly fashion will not hurt this investigation.....IMHO...go for it.....everyone have a nice day.....Pat

I think asking for an update of what is going on is good for now. If we don't get an update soon, take the next step.

I can understand wanting to get wome information. I also would like to know where things are. I also would not know where to start. I agree with the person who said that we should find out who Bryan's lawyer is. (I am writing after having read only the first 8 of 14 pages.)

I also find it curious that Bryan seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Many are talking about the disrespect they feel because they have heard nothing. Has it occurred to anyone that Bryan may be suffering from a physical malady such as a stroke or heart attack? Could be that he is physically incapacitated. I certainly hope he is well. However he has never appeared to be in the best of health to me. But what do I know? Nothing.

It is not like Bryan to just drop out of sight without a word. He seemed to be looking forward to the LOTTO. Just my 2 cents worth.

The more i try to pull this discussion twards BoN, and asking you if we should ask BoN for an update, the more people i see starts asking question around/about Bryan. Bryan cant answer even if he was here.He hasent answered all questions, because he could not as he stated. Now lets leave that behind, and move forward to someone that can answer our questions. ----------> BoN

It all is about asking for an update from BoN, nothing else. I respect Bryan. That has never changed so far. So please do not try to manipulate this discusson into somthing its not meant to be.

We need answers, and BoN is the correct place to start as a pro combined team together.

Merek Why don't we give Bryan say 3 more days to answer your E-mail, and if he dosn't, then move ahead with a vote of the members. Then we can proceed from that point. I think that 3 days to answer is lots of time and also helps with some of the concerns here being posted. This would also give some the time to think this through if it comes to a vote.Face it, if Bran can't/won't answer the e-mail, the writing should be on the wall as to coming up with a plan.

Mate, in this thread i earlier suggested 14 days, before we do anything.
I think thats enough time for an update, email answer from Bryan, etc etc.

about 14 day more would make this waiting period of ours 6 months with Pips servers taken down. I do not wish to wait any longer then that.
I dont know about you, but 6 months is enough for me.

There will be a voting after we all/as many as possible have had a say.
And based on the vote count, we will do it all in a Democratic way.

I just wonder if it would do any good to ask BNM for status. Gov't agencies are seldom responsive to individuals, so I honestly do NOT believe it would. However, I don't see that it would be counter productive either.

I suspect they are plodding along not caring one way or the other about the time factor and when they finish (?) they will turn it over to whomever is supposed to get their findings. Then the process begins for final determination of action to be taken.

So I suspect even if they are finished with their investigation we are still some time away from an announcement from the official gov't agency that hands down the decision/announcement.

BoN did make a satement the 28th september 05, whats the problem with posting a new update?

I agree with asking BoN for an additional update. The statement in September says that they are investigating. What is wrong with asking where they are in this investigation?
