Hi Marek, i hope you are doing really great, especially re your exams.

I agree with you, would be good if BNM gave us some news, anyway, I think there are other people asking the bank for answers (those who complained), why are we not entitled to ask questions too?

Also i wonder what has happened concerning the lotto.

Lotto?, it was just a cover up to get more time, what to do and where to run.
I bet that everybody had the same thoughts as mine ,but have been writing all these thanks and praises.
Everybody was afraid to write anything negative for the fear of being kicked out of p.,
so ,they just went along with praising ect. with the hope that they might selvedge some of their hard earned money back.

All I know is that I loss $10,000 with PIPs and now another business (lotto) of some type is starting up... why are we NOT getting updates on the money we put into PIPS... It was my all the money I hard. I did it because I was told that after 2 years in business they would always be in business. What updates?

Please give us updates. A great deal of money has been loss. Life saving just disappears!

I think it very curious that some person or entity, can hold us up like they have done for 5.5 months or longer.

How can they arbitrarily "hold" our money and I would guess be using it daily in Forex or some other venture for their gain.

We feel we are being robbed and can do nothing about it, except throw more good money down a dark hole. To pay attorneys who will NOT WORK FOR FREE, but will gladly bill PIPS until all money is in their pocket and not ours.

Look at the horror stories of the recent past and present. (RE: STORMPAY, and OTHERS)

Excuse me, but I have not enough information I know as fact from which to make an INTELLIGENT & WISE statement. Especially in such frustration.

Think about it.. Was throwing them out and not only just taking over, but also taking credit for their enrolment as well as if he did it himself, the act of a man of integrity?

I recall also losing almost an exact half of initial Goldenwomb deposit right off the bat, where, for example, a $10,000 dollar Goldenwomb investment got cut in half to $5000 going into the new pipsinc--Bryan got all that money, an extraordinary amount. We got a small break of a discount of 100 dollars with the "buymm4" opportunity to buy new pips account for $350 instead of $450. Those of us who originally recruited the Goldenwomb membership were quickly cut out of our down lines after pips went into place along with the "then" compensations of $10 a month per downline member. I never missed the leadership of Goldenwomb, I can say that, but we quickly got a glimpse from Bryan of what would become an extremely poor pattern of communication behaviors, one that has deteriorated to that experienced by Bryan of recent--talking before the BoN seizure where we were completely left in the dark about the developing problems that actually led to the BoN seizure. Anyway, I look forward to our developing plans, spear-headed by Marek, to hire a Malaysian lawyer or an Australian firm with offices in Malaysia to finally get to what is going on; and, along these lines, I think we should establish an e-currency legal fund where the membership could donate a dollar or a few to payment of legal expenses. I think if this membership were to work together like this to effect the power of our combined numbers, we'll find a way to by-pass the communication blocks and obstacles that Bryan and, now, BoN have laid in our path. Maybe.

Wow!! I think the timing is perfect now for some serious proactiveness¨

Here is what I propose:

1. Like Mike said, let's put all our efforts in contacting or getting a name and phone number of the current PIPS lawyer(s). If this fails, then we can attempt to find this pertinent information from the banks. They will most likely not give us as scattered individuals any sort information. Why? Well, simply because they will have no control over the information they will give out. They will fear that their statements will be twisted beyond their intention. Public companies or governmental agencies in many countries in Africa and certain countries in Asia cannot be pressured by individuals. They can threatened by an entity or a government. In other words unless we present ourselves as a unit, we are wasting our time. This is why it is important to reach the lawyer(s) of PIPS and put pressure on them instead. These are the people that are supposed to be updating us (in the event that Bryan cannot talk).

2.After having contacted the PIPS attorneys we can then reconvene here and decide on the next course of action based on the information that we would have received. The essential thing is that we do not portray ourselves as disorganized and scattered infront of Bank Negara. Banks tend to have an overestimated ego, and very few things scare them....this is true in "developing countries". So in order for them to take us seriously, they need to understand that as an entity we have the capacity to hurt them financially, politically or in any way shape or form.

Just think about it...if some secretary came from some agency in the states or from England or any major wold power for information on PIPS, the bank will cooperate...why? Well, simply because any of these countries can hurt them. It may appear like blackmail, but for those of you who know the inner workings of political and economic systems know exactly what I am talking about. This is the current state of affairs in the world today. Sympathy, goodwill and charity are all foreign words, in an environment where corruption and personal interests dominate.

So, let's mobilize our membership here and get somebody who knows someone who knows somebody who knows the lawyers. It is there that we need to apply real pressure. The lawyer(s) should not only be able to tell us what is going on with BON but also what is happening to Bryan. Something could have happened to him during this time. Also, 16000 members weighing in on a couple of lawyers seems more promising than 16000 members weighing in on a governmental organization like BON.

2. While we are doing this, I also suggest that Marek or someone who will represent the entire body writes to Bryan. The e-mail should simply state that because of the lack of any form of updates, we have rightfully taken matters into our own hands to really find out what is really going on. Members have been VERY patient, but it has now reached a point of no return. He might not reply especially if he is in no measure to reply, but at least we would have informed him. It will be very difficult to blame the membership for anything after having informed him fully of our plan of action.

First things first....let's go on a hunt for the lawyers representing PIPS...they really know what's happening, and they can talk to us!

I too am so tired of waiting to hear nothing. A lot of friends and family joined because I was doing so well and I am constantly being asked if I have heard anything. I feel so responsible for the money they lost. I did make money. About 3500 a month for a few months. Now I am barely surviving. We need to know something even if it is to hear officially that it is over so we can put closure. I have tried so hard to keep the faith and believe it will all be okay but that is hard to do when times are so hard. I couldn't even join another good opportunity if one did come up. I have believed in Bryan but he is not God and he is not omnipotent. Bon should at least come out and say something.

I disagree with you, if that was the case Bryan would have gone very long ago, instead he's been facing the investigation and problems re it.

I think the lotto could be a solution to gather funds and be able to start the pips program again. There are people who indeed enjoy lotto.

News from BNM would stop any speculation. Until we know more, facts, we cannot give any opinion. I know, there are lots of suspicions everywhere, thus I agree with Marek.
