Thread: I Have Sent Bryan Email, Asking For An Update

First of all, I don't believe you can pressure a gov't agency, especially one tied to the financial end of things, to provide information about their investigation. However, I agree there should at least be some word as to the current status, such as ongoing, complete or turned over to another dept. that they could share with us. Then depending on their response we could determine a course of action.

Personally hiring a lawyer to make inquiries on our behalf does NOT make any sense to me. I mean, how often have you heard about a branch of any gov't being forthcoming to someone just because he's a lawyer representing some folks with question? Just my opinion.

I agree. Almost half a year is way too long with no updates. I think we deserve to know what is happening and an estimation of when this investigation will end one way or the other.

We've already learned that no one likes it when PIPS members pick up the phone. In fact, we've been told not to call people. So...we could do something very simple:

17,000 phone calls, every month until they let us know what's going on. They will not like that. They will not get any work done. Eventually, they will talk. :)

I agree,This has gone on long enough and we don't hear much from Bryan now.We need some answers but if we push too hard it could screw up anything that Bryan has been working on.If anyone is in contact with him it would be best.Hope we hear something soon.thanks Marek

I am starting to wounder if this is what BoN wants. Nobody to ask them questions, so they can take our money and just call it all a scam.

This is what it showes. If they are investigating, they should have cared to update us. Why didnt they do that? Is it only me that smells something wrong here?

I've heard that the investigation is over and then I heard it wasn't.

I have only one thing to say to all these people that are screaming about their "investment".
You have no "investment",you have given PIPS an unsecured loan.
That was clearly stated right from the beginning,so let this investigation run its course and wait for the outcome.
It will all come clear eventualy.
