Thread: I Have Sent Bryan Email, Asking For An Update

hey shell...so i am a pipster then....cool...maybe its me who is confused about the 6 month deal...but i can remember something about 53 days or something like that...maybe i was leaving it in for 6 months to have a better ROL....haha...but i was going to wirhdraw for the first time in november..after setting my percentage at 70-30..me getting the 30 and pips reinvesting the 70....well as we know...so much for that move now....haha....i just wish bryan would communicate better with his pipsters....for a guy supposedly in charge of a multi-million dollar business....if thats what i consider pips.....he leaves a lot to b desired....IMHO...but thanks for setting me straight on the 6 month thing....well appreciated....everyone have a nice day...Pat

ohhhh...and by the way...it would'nt have mattered if i would'nt have waited the 6 months to withdraw...i joined in feb. 2005...pips was having withdrawl provblems since november of 2004...from what i have been told...so that point is mute anyhow....lol.....have a nice day...Pat

Although I don't post to often I do read the forum quite a bit. After reading this thread and noticing that you got a response from BN it doesn't sound all that glumy, that there maybe some hope yet. But, I have to agree with on maybe taking some sort of action.

Bryan not responding to this thread i don't why? But, one would think that someone close to him would let him know what has been going on, thus maybe making him taking some action by repling himself or for that matter someelse on his behalf.

Would like to ask though how would one would be able to get the funds needed for a lawyer to an account to pay him/them. Can't use picpay as its down along with everything else that deals with pips?

If anyone high up in the pips organization could help or have they got their moneys worth and got with a couple of questions?

Does anyone know how much was in pips account before being seized?

The lawyers that are in involved with pips seizier as I would think he would be using the ones that he started with when BN got involved? Names and #'s?

Who paying for them ( future compensation from pips if and when it comes back ) or out of Bryan's pocket? I would think it would be a hefty sum regardless.

Anyone close to an ambassador who could inquire to BN to get more answers?

Maybe finding out how much is in the pips account from BN? Small or Large amount of money?

Money being in Picpay would go through first before any funds if any if pips can/shouldn't or can't continue if there if in fact any money their?

Just a few questions but, I don't seem to be hearing any high ranking ppl from pips.

Glad to see that you made the effort of contacting BN and have e-mailed Bryan. Give him a couple of weeks like you have suggested and than vote for using a lawyer. Sounds good. Keep up with your studies and good luck.

I'm glad to see someone that has the resources, take the bull by the horns and try to get answers for all of us, even if we may not like what the answers tell us. One thing about the truth... it isn't always pretty and it isn't always nice, but it IS the truth. Whether we get good news or bad news, I think we all deserve SOME news. If it's good... we can all rejoice and if it's bad news, we can then figure out what we as individuals, or perhaps as a united group can do, but in any case, we all need to know something, so we can move forward with our lives and exercise whatever options are available to us, should any be needed at all.

I see that many have posted their investment amounts and I will also post mine as well. I have $41,000.00 invested and as of the site going down in August, my fund balance was well over $500,000.00. My investment represented EVERY dime I had in savings as well as additional equity. I now know this was really dumb on my part looking back, but at the time it was a great opportunity and I gambled. My family and I have suffered dearly and had it not been for my pleading, begging and negotiations with my mortgage company, I would have lost my house. I am still struggling to make ends meet and I am not "out of the woods" yet as far as keeping my home, but am meerly "treading water."

We all need to get answers one way or another, and if things turn for the worse, we need to find closure and move forward. I am sure I am not speaking alone here when I say the biggest cause of stress, worry and concern is "Not Knowing Anything." I know I'd rather know something and then learn to deal with it, rather than know nothing anything at all. I hope the news is eventually going to be good, but I personally need to prepare myself and family if it isn't.

All I Want To Know Will I Ever See The Money That I Have Invested In Pips Or Should I Write It Off As A Lost And Move On. Another Question The People That Did Invested Will They Be able To Log In Using Thier Old Password Or Will They Have To Reset Everything

I have actually read through all 25 pages (so far) of this thread. Many of you don't seem to understand what MAREK is really saying here. He is NOT trying to inflame anything or cause any problems or complain about PIPS or has said anything about diminished faith, hope and trust in Bryan! Many others are doing what almost always happens here as well... READING WORDS THAT ARE NOT THERE, CONCLUSION JUMPING and actually causing more speculation and conjecture. Please stop and just read the actual words that are written. Way too many people seem to live by reading between the lines. Get IT? There is only empty space between lines of real text on these pages!

What he has said is he is tired of being left in the dark... as are we all. As for getting a lawyer, that really isn't necessary. By definition, a regulatory agency, administration, police deprtment or anything along these lines are put in place and operate for one reason. To serve and protect the people!

PLEASE DO NOT READ BETWEEN THESE LINES PEOPLE. This is just for example sake. In the USA, the SEC (Securities and Excahnge Commission) is in place to protect the investor from wrongful business practices of issuing companies, their officers and representatives and also other investors from committing wrongful acts that benefit one or a few, but hurt the masses. Police departments are in place to make sure the public is safe and protected.

That said, any investigations into the business practices of the company, officers, etc. are done to see if there was any wrong doing, and if anything is shown to be the case, any action would be: The Regulatory Agency, or Administration, THE PEOPLE, etc. vs. So-and-So.

We as invetors, (or "unsecured loaners") or whatever the @!*$ we are, are entitled to know what is happening and a lawyer isn't going to get that for us unless there is a proceeding, or action being taken, OR someone or entity wanting to take action!

I read Marek's words and nowhere does he say anything about demanding our money or what has happened to it or anything of the kind. It DOES say he would ask questions to whomever or whatever entity needs to be addressed as to "What is happening? How long is this investigation going to continue? What is actually being investigated? What has been found? etc.

Gathering information so we all have some updates and news as to what is happening is ALL Marek is suggesting. Being told to "wait and don't contact anyone or anything will inflame a situation," simply keeps us all in the dark and does not serve the masses. As long as there aren't any demands made and an adversarial approach taken in the process, we should get the answers Marek is trying to get without an "event." A simple request for information and answers to simple questions will not open a can of worms. Nobody is looking to file a a complaint or complaining about anything other than wanting to know what we should already know by some sort of update.

We all have the right to know what is going on and waiting for Bryan to tell us serves nobody. For example, and I mean this with all my heart, GOD forbid anything happened to Bryan, and for instance, had a heart-attack and died. Who then gets us the answers we need? I trust Bryan is honest and has our interest at heart here, which also means information isn't a secret and we have the right to know what is happening. If Bryan cannot say anything by order or whatever reason there is, does not mean we cannot find out or do not have the right to this information? I know I am not alone in saying, Hell No! Marek, you're on the right track and certainly have my support. I want to KNOW!

I am truly glad that the majority of the reactions responded in a positive way and it also reflects, what we had discussed earlier to decide the right course to be taken is the ONLY course left at this juncture.

Some would like to interprete this path of pursuit for an answer on behalf of the thousands as incorrect....I wondered what their options are as complacent alternatives would be by them and would further remain to be, after these last several hours that elapsed without anything done or experiencing no response from Bryan and more so from BN???....what would they have achieved thus far as we wait with oblivion???

What has now occured, had settled & elated for a countless number of hearts and grief to some relief...the least that ROLclub could accomplish in a matter of hours after our serious discussion that led to that call to BN in Malaysia.

This is a good and healthy indication that a solidarity with members aching for some news, however painful or shortlived or relieving it may provide to anyone, is a GOOD development towards fair sharing and consideration to ALL affected, despite some who still believe otherwise with awe and perhaps with a silly suspicion to it all... Only they have a serious problem living with that for themselves while most of you can agree, it brought a fresh air to hope, closure or staisfaction at knowing something more "concrete" with that call Marek made.

Thank you Marek...it was worth it after all, but we knew it WAS too for we are like most of the members, caught in this darkness if you had decided NOT to indulge that bold move...come what may.... ROLClub have again proven the milestone that we can pull through on behalf of the members from PIPS.

I can't hardly believe it!! $41,000. You want answers? You were GREEDY, looking to make a quick couple of million. We all were. Sure, we say how we are going to help all the people that need help when we get rich, and many of us would have done that.

You saw the disclaimers just like I did: Don't put in more than you can afford to lose.

Here's the news: You probably won't ever see a dime of your money. Do you really feel better knowing that?

I think it's time for us to all acknowledge that PIPS is done for, and move on.

How do I know this? The past is prolog. It's been several months, and the indications are that the investigations are not completed. Then it will probably be a fair amount of time before the results are known.

As I said, if PIPS comes back, HOORAY. Don't try to dismiss my views by labeling them "just speculation". My opinions are based on what I see here-and what Bryan has posted.

For now, we're probably better off, emotionally, to write PIPS off, chalk it up to experience, and move on. No sense getting ulcers over it.
