mate, sorry, i also spend some time on TG. What they did was to tell BoN that Pips is a scam, what we will be doing is to ask BoN about an update, and nothing else. We are for pips, and TG'er are against. Do not mix this up please.

Im more than happy to pay 1000 usd to a acont set up for one lawyer
not to investigate or to go after someone but only to get a answer
a lawyer opperating on behafe of 100-1000 members would have had no and i meen NO problems to get a answer whitin 1-3 days
to mee it would have been fair to no that the money been losst rater to be left in the dark month after month

What bothers me most about this is the fact that the banks hold all the cards. Have you ever heard of a bank being brought to task for misdeeds? No, and you never will, because they're the King of the Castle, and you'd better believe it, or else! He who holds the money, holds the power.

The only thing we can do is pester them until they either sue us or ????.
It personally makes me sick that they have so much leverage. But it's true.

I personally am getting a bit worried about Bryan's safety. He has been so honest with us in the past, although sporadically. And now, nothing! It's pretty scary. I hope I'm wrong.

most of you people, I believe are misrepresenting BM's request long ago about contacting the BON or anyone else for that matter. BM made this request in the midst of a frantic membership where everyone on their own was contacting anybody and everybody they could think of to try and calm their out of control fears.

The proposal Marek is suggesting is a SINGLE professional inquiry on behalf of ALL membership (hopefully handled through a legal organization so the inquiry will be recieved as credible and legitimate) in order to get a comprehensive update to the investigation.

I find absolutly nothing wrong with this idea. And I do not believe that this was the kind of 'contact" that BM was warning against. If the inquiry is done professionally I don't see how it could have any negative ramifications.

What you can do is contact your ambassador in Malaysia and they can contact BoN for you. This works because my swedish friends have done it.

Some people here are missunderstanding my point with this.

I respect Bryan Marsden,and believe he is a honest man.

This action is not against him. Its againts nobody for God sake. Its a effort to get something out of BoN. And i agree with hzchoice.

But still we can try. Cant we?
An update is something they should have given us. And an update cant mess it up for us.

I will make a voting on this in a few days. And lets see what the majority says. If the majority on Rolclub says NO, dont ask BoN for an update, then i will respect this, and step away. If the majority agrees with us, we will go ahead. Fair play.
