Before we get to hear that Billy "didn't send the fax"... he knew everything about it, he knew who was sending the fax, he knew what the fax said. He knew all the legal terms (from Warren no doubt) about the entire situation.

He so painfully went over all the details in his update, yet
No where in his update did I see him mention, Oh, I think I'll send this to Bryan, to give him a headsup.

Now, that would have been supportive to Bryan and PIPS, and why didn't he say it, likely because he didn't do it!

As you said before, but now seem to have changed your mind on people reviewing the situation and coming to their own conclusions..

What's fair for Billy's speculations about Bryan and PIPS...is fair in this situation.

my last post on this topic, promised :D

If you had said so from the beginning, then members could really be informed, but the way you and spongebob presented it, was IMHO interpretation.

I didn't say I support everything what Billy wrote or did (I don't agree with him on his interpreting the info given to him), but I want the discussion to be on the info and not on the interpretation of the info.

my part is done here.

And I hope that in the future discussion, you present the facts/info rather than speculation/interpretation, then most of this discussion here could have been avoided...

I believe what I've presented was the facts, as the updates were presented to me.

Yes, I have made conclusions based on those facts. As should everyone else that has read the updates. imo

However, when one speculates on another, and then because of that speculation comes upon them, they have no reason to call foul!

Wow, velvet - you are the only person that I've heard of that read Billy's update and walked away with the idea that Billy sent the fax to BoM. It was Owen Platt and his group that sent the fax. It was TG who encouraged people to send the fax. Billy never sent it or wanted it sent. He was just reporting to BTI that a group had sent this fax and that's where the banks investigation began.

I don't agree with everything that Billy has done of late or some of his speculation in his recent updates - but WOW - you really twisted what he said to come up with him sending the fax. You really owe him an apology.

The fax was sent by members, merchants I believe. Unfortunately, the copy of the fax that I saw didn't have any names on it.

The update was very clear that Billy had seen the fax, and knew what it said, he knew all the details. If, as you claim this other person Platt that sent the fax, then praytell how did Billy know all about it? That would be another bag of worms. Owen Platt the man with a mission to bring down PIPS, and is writing a book about it informs Billy of his actions. How interesting!

Well, I've read it - because it is one of the many things that is plastered all over the internet. Maybe Billy read it in the same place....

I don't think so, this is what Billy wrote in an update on 8-18-05

Anyway .. for those who read and saw everything in my last communication I mentioned that I had been shown a copy of the letter that went from a group of members to the Bank of Negara

Well I don't know and so anything I say from here is speculation too.

However, when I read that sentence, MY reading of it was that probably someone had found the copy that was on the internet and shown it to Billy since it would be important that he kept across the information that was coming out.

So again we come back to interpretation of what we read...

On the contrary mapi,

When Warren discussed with Billy prior to Billy's update, it would have been explained to Billy for what reason he should ask members to withdraw at 100%. Unfortunately for us we are not told the reason that Warren has...We do not know the real agenda!

And now we have members who have followed Billy blindly and are worried that they have placed their plan on 100% withdrawal since suddenly they are waking up to reality and realise they have taken the wrong advice!

Well he did say he'd been shown a copy of it.
It's a bit of a stretch to interpret that as maybe he found it on the internet don't you think?
