Maybe to you it is. But that is your use of language. Actually it is exactly what I would say. If someone I knew had found the post with the copy of the letter and printed it out and given it to me - and I was then telling someone else, I would say "I was shown a copy of the letter" .....or "I saw a copy of the letter"...

Pointless discussion in the content of it - but really does show how differently people can interpret the same thing - without knowing who is right or wrong - or maybe all of us are wrong and the interpretation is something else totally

But here I am going to try to bow out of this discussion. It just makes me very sad that we seem again to be going down the path of attempting to destroy someone's reputation with no real basis, just on maybes. To me there is a difference between warning people to take care by saying "Please consider all aspects before you join a paid organisation - is it right for you and do you believe that the people at the head have integrity".... vs what is happening here. And yet that is exactly what has been done to Bryan over and over. Maybe one day we'll learn - hopefully not waiting until after we've destroyed a number of good people who are genuinely trying to help others and thereby ruined our own chances of achieving what we are after. I personally have no doubts about Billy's integrity - just as I have had no doubts about Bryan's. Does that mean they will be successful - no. Could I be wrong - yes, that is my opinion. But even if I didn't feel it was honourable, I hope I would just choose not to be involved and if I did feel the need to say something it would either be based on real fact, or be a very general statement that slandered nobody.

But Billy lives on and from the Internett. Why would he have to read a letter on paper when the same letter was on the Internett?

I would have given him a link to the letter so he could read it himself instead of going to all that trouble printing it out.
We do use the net for communuication, not so much paper anymore........... 8)

Although I preferred NOT to put this information out by email it was posted and asked members of BreakThroughs to please contact members of PIPS USA who had not joined BreakThroughs as I had gotten request NOT to send this by email and just to keep it in the member's portal.
However it seems that there are too many members who have not gotten my updates of Yesterday.. the 18th so here they are and for those of you who are seeing them again I apologize for the duplication ... but I want to make sure all are as informed as possible. This email contains BOTH of them so it is going to be long....

Well.... Members
It is probably time that I start putting updates out in the member's portal now and given the current status of the program that originally brought us together I thought I should get another update out today.
Some were upset that in my last one I included several scenarios for the possible reasons for the PIPS sites being down other than the one that was running rampant about there having been a raid on the offices.
I am at my desk today getting information together on the first few diversification programs that I believe are to the benefit of members but again I needed to take time out to take emails from members answer some questions and deal with speculation etc. So in the next 24 hours ( even if I have to again burn the midnight oil) look for the START of some POSITIVE diversification news. But that will only be in the BTI members area and by mail to them.
So you know.. I have always hoped for the best with PIPS and with Bryan and I don't feel I have turned my back on him at all. and in my messages some of the posts I saw in our forum yesterday are correct that I have to interpret and explain what I know and believe to be true without compromising the confidentiality of those in the know who share it with me
  to prepare people for whatever scenarios can play out and depending on what happens behind closed doors over the next several days.. there could be various scenarios.
One thing I said in my last communication is that a "raid" of sorts was very much one of the possibilities but not the only one and even posts from Bryan such as "Everything will be OK" are relative.. and HOW OK depends on the shape things take.. and there are employees and former employees there who were talking to members and some have agendas some don't.. Â I try get what I can from reliable sources and I believe history will show that information I have given our members has been pretty spot on.
Anyway .. for those who read and saw everything in my last communication I mentioned that I had been shown a copy of the letter that went from a group of members to the Bank of Negara and mentioned that Bryan therefore needed to approach and address the issue with them or it was going to be done for him and that if he could do it proactively it would be far better than if an adversarial action forced the issue. I even mentioned the damage that a moreva injunction could do.. that could actually do more to eliminate any chance of members getting something rather than helping.
Several hours ago I received a return call from a person who is within the group who had written the Bank of Negara and it was stated that they had been in touch with the group and indicated that they had indeed visited the offices and begun an investigation. Whether we can call this a raid is somewhat attitudinal. Bryan knew that they had been contacted and it is apparent that in putting out that last post he knew what was about to commence and what I do not know is whether he had spoken to them before hand or not but odds are that he knew what was about to happen and probably feels that he may have the opportunity to propose what he had been putting together as a plan of action to get members paid and restructure things. Again only time will tell but the report from the group originating action is that the BoN has told them that they have acted in ceasing the PIPS operation at the moment and begun an investigation and will be in touch with them.
No matter what, it would make sense at this point that if there is to be an investigation and plan of action. that the sites come down to make sure that no more complexities can be added to the mix while it goes on. I will stay plugged into whatever consultants and those involved that I can. So you know.. the group I am talking about had recommended that PIPS be investigated with the recommendation that an interim manager be put into place.. assets and liquidity be determined, identify areas of profit and put as many assets into trade as possible under the direction of different management so that banking relations could be established to use those funds in trade to generate returns to get payments to members.
It would still be more of a wrap-up than a continued operation.. but that again is ONE scenario that could play out. Â Again.. even in speaking with the UK consultants whom I know and who others know.. the bottom line is that ONLY TIME WILL TELL and even reasonably good knowledge of what IS going on only gives limited insight as to what WILL Happen. There are too many variables.. and too much to be gone through to know what will happen..
    It is just my job to give our members the clearest perspective I can. HOPE FOR THE BEST BUT PREPARE FOR THE ALTERNATIVE ( or the worst)... I have always maintained hope and support but worked to also open all of our eyes to the weaknesses and shortcomings that could be a downfall.
People have written me me about a website that had been registered under Bryan's and Pure investor's name.. and seemed to email me with some attitude that it was evil or a wrong thing to do. Â It is my information that the address was registered as part of Bryan contemplating a new program to replace / restructure PIPS/PicPay to.. but again there were, are and have been a number of variables and considerations. Â I know I ramble in my emails, I know I present lots of possibilities.. but never feel that I am grabbing at straws or losing interest in PIPS staying around because that has always been what I would have liked and the opinions and thoughts I express are the result of accurate factual information I gather and not speculation.. but I need to address all the various speculation at the same time.. so if you really read through what appears to be wandering all over the map. there IS a central focus. .. believe it or not .
There was one post that I especially notices from a member by the name of Penny.. that was wonderful and by George we need more members like her..
  We have a good group.. a great group. a great group that has been through a lot and which was brought together by a common thread called PIPS.  That PIPS has fallen on hard times is a shame, especially since it was avoidable. Do I hope that Bryan can patch things up and move forward even with a significantly altered PIPS? YES!!!  Is it likely ? NO... But who would have thought that something like PIPS could have ever existed in the first place..??  So.. we wait for official world
Today I am told Tom Broadbridge had posted something in the Aussie forum indicating that he had spoken to Bryan and due to circumstances beyond his control he could not get to a computer but that he would go through meetings with the Malaysian Authorities ( confirmed by my recent voicemail) and that further meetings are planned over the next couple of days to resolve some issues but that he feels confident that the issues will be resolved and that he appreciates the support he has been shown. I hope to speak with Tom later today but that would be WONDERFUL if that happened. Am I hoping? Yes.. Â Am I holding my breath? No.
We had started to form this group as part of diversifying.. that is not abandoning but it does mean letting PIPS work on its problems hope for the best.. but also get involved in other things so it is only ONE of the things we care about. Â The constant emergencies and obsessing has made it almost impossible to do so ..but not totally impossible. Â Today should begin those movements to diversification.
I wrote Bryan several days ago and told him that I would love to support any effort to restructure and move forward but that to do so he would have to communicate with me. So .. we say a prayer for Bryan and PIPS.. hope that positive movement can occur. and we move to grow and diversify our group.

NOW THE UPDATE FROM the EVENING OF THE 18th

HI Members,
WOW.. a second update in the same DAY!!! Â Well I have waited a few hours so that people have a chance to read the one I put out earlier today. Â If you have not been able to read it simply go to the links on the left board of the page and you can see the dated updates from whenever I place an update in your members portal here.
I have received a couple "Shame on you" emails from members ( 2) and I had seen some similar posts in the forum yesterday indicating that I was shamelessly speculating wildly and one even asked me if I had "joined the enemy" and saying "JUST THE FACTS"!
Well I think if you really read what I put out.. you can see that what I put out is based upon the FACTS I receive and then the further interpretation of the facts. I DO give examples of what could be speculated.. and to be FACTUAL in a situation like this the results and developments from the SAME SET OF FACTS can be wildly varied and significantly different depending upon how those facts play out at the end of the day.
Well I just got off the phone with Tom Broadbridge .. as I said I would and he is doing well and the Kids Bible will be moving forward even with the current developments which I think is great and it is one of the areas of profit that can help a case of restructure for PIPS. He told me that he had spoken to Bryan on the phone and that Bryan and he wanted me to get out these FACTS!!
Essentially it is that everything I have said in the last couple days is FACT.
Bank Negara HAS paid a visit. They HAVE taken the computers and Bryan's Laptop and he IS in meeting with them today, I believe tomorrow and also more meetings set for next week. Â I have not speculated or even implied that Bryan or Sharon had been arrested and indeed Tom told me that they have NOT been arrested and are working in support of the authorities answering questions and providing information for their investigation. Yes , they are being investigated.
As I reported earlier, Tom said Bryan wanted me to relay that he had been in touch with Bank Negara in the last week or so and had indicated that he was in need of restructuring and was putting together the proposed restructure to present to them for approval. In the mean time Letter from both the "enemy" ( evidently TG members) and concerned, angry members and others reached Bank Negara stating their claims, concerns and where they thought laws were being violated and Bank Negara decided to come in and take it offline and take the computers and Bryan's Laptop as evidence so that they could go through all the information to see if it supported the claims and accusations and Bryan has said that this visit by Bank Negara has indeed happened.
However as I also indicated was a scenario that plays out from these same FACT Bryan has indicated that he is cooperating with the authorities, meeting with them and hopes to resolve the issue and still be able to propose and go through a restructure that could allow PIPS or its successor to go on and move forward.
OK here comes an opinion instead of fact.. I hope that such a scenario is possible because after all this. if it is with the approval of Bank Negara and it can include all members in a fashion that provides future returns and benefits for all involved. even on a greatly reduced level.. I think that is a WIN. To close it down and pick it apart and kill it with legal fees and bureaucratic processes would probably mean that nobody wins.
Tom also mentioned that Bryan had said that he wanted to talk to me to be able to get some information out to us also. So Bryan has my phone numbers.
So.. DEMS DA FACTS as I have them.
I do not like being the bearer of bad news. I would like PIPS to succeed as much or more than any member could. However I will not mislead members into feeling that everything is rosy and just delayed from returning to business as usual for a week or so. These are real problems, challenges and threats Bryan is facing. Â And I HOPE FOR THE BEST and PREPARE FOR THE ALTERNATIVE !!! Â ( I have said that enough now that I am starting to feel like Ron Popeil saying "Set it.. and.. forget it" .. -- gotta have a sense of humor in tough times)
Thank you again... Â and really positive stuff is right around the corner.. in diversification and hopefully I would love to see some positive news that PIPS can gather resources, assets and the profitable entities and restructure and move forward.

In order to receive a "return" call you must first make the call and leave a message...

And it does say he was actually "shown the letter" that went to the BoN, not that he read it over the Internet which means he knows which members and merchants were involved with sending the letter.

If Billy had read a copy of the letter over the Internet, then it would appear that he would have said that as it seems from the above info, he says what he means.

The UK consultants reported updates to members at the UK forum and upon someone divulging confidential information to the Aussie forum, they no longer posted updates.

But then again, maybe they, the UK consultants didn't know Billy was somehow "linked" with the merchant and member complaint group...

Hopefully to those members and merchants who sent the letter, and to any other member who "wants out," my hope is that Bryan will give them their initial loans back, close their accounts, get them on their way and get on with the restructuring for those of us who believe in PIPS and elect to stay.

The only guarantees in life are taxes and death. PIPS is not guaranteed income and never was; it's the chance we took by "taking a chance" to try and do something to make our lives a little better and our dreams come true.

No one has been promised anything, we all knew this going in...

Why is it that people refuse to believe that banking issues in relation to the Patriot Act are real and that the movement of huge amounts of money internationally is difficult at this time?

The banking authorities in Malaysia have to watch their bottom line when dealing with foreign currencies and their reserves. The problem isn't so much how much U.S.D. is coming into Malaysia which becomes a part of their reserves as it is how much more will go out of these reserves ten-fold, one hundred-fold, one-thousand-fold, etc.

The Central Malaysian Bank has to keep all of this in balance so that their economy runs smoothly and so that "Big Brother" isn't looking over their shoulders when it comes to money laundering and the Patriot ActI & II.

So, I'm sticking with Bryan as he knows everything there is to know about PIPS whereas all others do not have "all the dots" needed to actually connect the inner workings of PIPS.

These are dots that Bryan and probably only a few very "trusted" associates would have.

Bryan said that the rest of the year could be a "bit bumpy" but that "Everything will work out ok..." These words are resounding more and more truth each day.
