I had the same problem. They reset my username and password and gave me a pin number over the phone. Also sent me an email.

thanks Raloaa Just got through after about 10 tries ,they reset my pin & it works.

Finally Ok with the phone PIN reset. Why it has to be via phone who knows. Anyway good bye to this string. It's been reassurring. Ciao

Well I did a bonehead mistake. After successfully logging on for the last 3 weeks, I got the dreaded Username/password unknown.

It took about 3 hours of trying to phone them and they fixed it right away. this morning I logged on and forgot to right down my new PIN number. Bonehead mistake. :oops: :oops:

I called Pips support at 10:30 am Central time and :lol: I reached PIPS support in one try. They asked me the particulars and gave me a new PIN. they do not have anything to do with Passwords I was told.

so, keep trying and you will get through.

I had the same problems as many even after re-setting pin & password . Support phone #s always busy . So I tried the fax line and got through . They e-mailed me a new password & pin # the very next day and I have been able to login since . Try faxing your info to 001-606-850-3391 .

Was able to get a phone call through on the seventh try.
From US, had to dial 011+606 850 0473.
Got new password and Wallaha, in like Flinn. :D :D :D

You can up grade if you want to.

I have found this a great help, in keeping my passwords secure and available, also has a password generator for you to use if needed.

If anyone need a way to fax over the internet i found http://www.fax1.com/ just type you message and sent. This is a pay service but you get 1 dollars worth for free and to pips is only .49 cent so you can sent 2 pages for free.
Waiting to here back from pips now hope this can help some people get there account fixed.

Does anyone know if p1p$ support answers their phones on Sat or Sun. I have called and got their phones to ring 3 times in the past two hours but no one answers. Current Malaysia time is sat 9am at this posting time.
