after 6 times the phone ringing for 5 min and then disconnecting, and one time having an answer then getting disconnected before we finished, i got through and completed my password and pin change.

The lady was very nice and we even had a nice talk beyond just changing my info. Things are definitly rumbling there. Lots going on from what she says.

Im just glad that i can login now. It was even worse from me than some of you because i was using a phone card. (it is cheaper, 4cents a min). So the redail button wouldn't work for me because i had to call the phone card number. enter my pin, then enter the 13 numbers to call p1p$.

Just a note of encouragement for you all, that they are there and working hard!!

Today a friend of mine got problems loging inn to his account.
"Passord and username not found" all the time.

We called the pips support 100 times. Got through 4 times.
The first time the laidy gave us a pin. That did not work.
the second time she again gave us a pin, did not work.
the third time she checke the profile for username and passw+ pin. still didnt work

The forth time, i asked her to try to login with the details. She did, and later gave me my new pin. This worked.

If you have higher case words in your passw or username, you might get these problems all the time. Change them to lowercase, and when you call them, please ask them to check the details they give you by loging inn them self. That should work.

Hi Everyone,

So if i've never logged in on the new site all i have to do is keep trying?

I have never been able to login. I've tried multiple times daily since june 20 th. It tells me my username and password are invalid. I've called every number and sent pm's and emails to all ex- forum moderators and all i've called and emailed everyone at support with no responce.

I have all lowercase letters .

HELP ME ! I'M TIRED OF TRYING .

WHY DOES NOBODY RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS?

Doing it on the web worked just fine for me, no need to call och fax the support. :D
Just clicked on Member Area->Reset Pin and filled in all the information, and I got a new PIN that worked immediately.

Well worth trying...

Called, gotthrough. Got new PIN. Logged in tourerd the site. Saved my Next PIN #.

Five days later, tried to login, will nor accept or recognize my login info.

Tried to reset PIN, get Error msg,"Username/password" does not match profile.

Guess I will call again and see what happens.

I went through that too...in the middle of the night while the ladies had just started out with breakfast! :P

Anyway, nothing new but it happens and NO SWEAT...keep cool like I did and what happened? :roll: :)

Spoke to two on the same morning and they're treating me out to dance and dinner when I fly in there some weeks from now...that makes, 3 ladies offering to treat me out...how lucky and my accounts were fixed nicely as well... it can only GET Better mates!

Seems with this new system - PIN number.

If you try to log in, and it fails - best reset your PIN before trying again.

Although, at present page still returns :
Servers are busy at present / try again later.

And one wonders how the servers could be that busy. Yes, there may be a lot of traffic to that server - however nothing the amount of many other servers around the world, and the size of some companies. This is a growing program, so ITS would realise they require good size backbone and servers to support the online activity.
So are we getting additional servers to cope?
