Are you still experiencing problems during logins and or reminders about invalid passwords within your PIPS Accounts etc? It may also have to do with the inclusion of digits such as the following * ( ; : , - . ) *.

Please amend/remove them ASAP. Only alphanumerics are accepted, between A to Z and 0 to 9.

On areas where you are suspicious of "others" having unauthorised access to your accounts, the tel nrs provided below should be seriously considered for your next line of action.

You can call these numbers at support:

Please note that 011 is the international dialing code from the USA. You should just replace the 011 with whatever you use in Australia for international calls.

I tried to fax a request for help but didn't get through with the fax. I then tried to call around midnight US time and got through on first try. The person who answered was really nice and reset my pin number. In 5 minutes I logged in. Yeaaaa!

I have 2 PP accounts and had no trouble logging into one of them and considered myself lucky. However on the second acct it tells me that the username/password is invalid. I know its right and since I've never gotton far enough for the secret question I cant reset my password online. I have submitted 2 trouble tickets and both were closed w/o a responce. I called once and it cost me $54US for an 11 minute call so I doublt I will be doing that again soon.
Still waiting for a little help.
