    I'm having trouble loging into Picpay. When I hit submit it jumps back to home page and I have to ask for a new #. Anyone else have that happen?

    both picpay and pipsinc login are working fine for me :)

    Default Some day I will also be able to Login

    Login failed. Username/password not found. The universal reply to my login for the last 10 days. Over and over again. Ok maybe a problem, maybe the username and Password I have been using forever is now not right. It is all lowercase and no special characters. Anyway I go to support ticket system to register this. First time I get back, Servers slow try again. Not the problem. Ticket closed and low and behold the ticket reply is to someone else. Not my ticket!!!! Try again. Ticket still new, but copy of ticket is again someone else"s. So I am blind to my accounts with no path at this time to any resolution. Has anyone seen any info from "you know who" as to what is going on :?: Thx

    Geoft, You wrote my history for the past few days. Everything you have experienced has happened to me also. However, at 3:00am (Texas time) I got through and the girls logged me in to both of my accounts. Still don't know what went wrong, but I'm happy to be home. Persistance does pay off.

    I have logged in three times in the last four days successfully.
    The response time were fast and provided me with new pin everytime.
    I believe the systems is working fine.
    My suggestion if you forget the new pin - try to "reset the pin" by using the new site option (provide answer to secret question) before calling support.

    for the first 2 nights I tryed to get into the new pips site kept getting servers are busy ect but since then Ive had no problem getting on Ive been the 2x tonight and every night since Ive forgotten the pin last nigt so i requested a new pin got it stright away no probs got in lovely. But I think the look of the site dosent look as good as the old one it looks to busy but thats my opinion. As long as it keeps going up who realy cares

    Dear Bond
    You do not have to ring them simply click on the Members area, there you can rest your Password & your pin and they shoud just emil a new one to you
