Can someone explain the "secret question".
I also cannot get in to the new site, and when I try to reset password and pin, the "secret question" and "answer" are also there to fill in.
I don't remember a secret question.
Should I just give a call to support?

The "secret question" didn't exist in the old web site, so in the new web site this field is empty and you have to fill in on your first log in.
If you cannot access to the new web site for the first time, you cannot fill in this field and you cannot reset your password or your PIN. The only solution you have is to call or fax to the support.
If you fax them, send them a screen copy of your last "Member View Stats" page where all your infos are on the page with your ID number.
After a lot of phone calls, the phone was always busy. So I sent them a fax with the above infos and 2 days later they replied to me by email with a new PIN number. So they forgot to send me a new password. I replied to the email with my new query and 1 hour later I received my new password. So, I was able to log in with the original PIN number "0000".
I can access to my account now.
Thanks for the very good support.

Patience prevails and I'm glad to note your "bold" belief in getting to the bottom of it, one way or another which finally prove you right and legit for access!

re log in problems
Hi,
I have also had this problem several times and have found that the fastest way is to contact the office. The first time they gave me a new password, but recently they gave me new pin #s. It was suggested that I should first try re-entering login info a number of times before calling as sometimes it would go through correctly at further attempts. I also had the same problem with picpay. Annoying..but sorted out easily!

Is everybody still able to login to Pips site? All I ever get it is a page not found (401 error). I know I'm going to the right link, because I was able to login before. This was some time ago and I know the server was down again and I haven't been on the fourm lately so I'm not sure if this site is down again or not.
Can someone please tell me if they're still logging in okay?
Thanks,WebDevil
