Thread: I Have Sent Bryan Email, Asking For An Update

Thanks Marek for taking time out of an intense exam schedule to get back into the fray of things here with Pips, Bryan and the whole enchilada. I totally agree with and back your efforts to contact BoN, hire a lawyer, every bit of it. Bryan may come up with some "reason," but there is no excuse for his not coming on this forum and saying something; and the BoN has played their games long enough as well. Thanks again and welcome back to the forum, although it's probably not conducive to your study and review as you prepare for the next group of tests. Take care.

...BUT, I DON'T AGREE with BULLY TACTICS. I'm sure they will NOT work with BoN nor speed up the outcome. I agree with LuckyDog and if you feel you MUST DO SOMETHING... DO TRY to be POLITE and TACTFUL !

REMEMBER... there ARE those of us who believe Bryan HAS NOT DISSAPPEARED but Has been Working DILIGENTLY on PIPS for US for an EXTREMELY LONG TIME. ...maybe someone is out to steat the glory?....

I'm not saying I know anything... just that EVERYTIME the NATIVES-GET-RESTLESS... well, you KNOW what happens...

It would be nice with an update, but I'm not sure that BoN will give it to RolClub. Contact BM first.

Sure, very few lawyers would turn down the money.
Very few lawers would break attorney client privilege.
Very few nations will cave in to "huff and puff and blow your house down".

It does no good to contact Bryan. I sent him an email 2 weeks ago, he will not reply or respond to any attempts to contact him.
I say we take matters in our hands.
If that causes anymore problems for Bryan (I dont see how it could) then that is on his shoulders. He should have given us updates himself. At some point he has to realize that he is NOT better than we are and we deserve some answers. If he doesnt want to be bothered with it, we will get them on our own!

I have 3 emails in to BNM, I will post if and when I get any replies to them.

I did receive a reply from one of my requests to BNM and here it is:

We have communicated your concerns on the above to the relevant persons and department of the Bank whose details are as follows:-
1) Mr Kamari Zaman Juhari - [email protected]
2) Mr Johar Mokhtar - [email protected]

You may wish to follow-up with either one of them on this matter.

I have emailed both of this people twice with no replies from either.
Maybe if a bunch of us start emailing them they will get tired of it and respond to someone!

what do you expect me to say to this? I see it this way. This has nothing to do with Bryan. He might be under a gag order, and cant say anything.

So, lets just ask BoN for an update. 2 weeks, is what i think is enough for BoN to Update us. If not then we hire lawyers.!
