This forum is just spinning its wheels. The ONLY way any of us are going to find out anything at all is to hire a law firm who have an office in KL and pay them to start asking questions on behalf of the x,000 members who are willing to sign up and pledge a few dollars to a class action. Dont expect Bryan to bounce back from this situation. He cant, no matter how hard he may be working on it. You have all loaned him money (yes, unsecured but not without a legal obligation on his side) so he is your target, not the bank.

Choose a high profile firm who have dealings with BN and the real situation will be clear in a few days. If they are going after Bryan the bank will cooperate fully. The same firm can track down Bryan to ask for his side of the story with a view to pressing charges if warranted.

There is no other way.... except maybe a media investigation and that is not feasible in Malaysia. I live and work in the region and one thing is for sure. Once government regulators have their hands on the bank accounts and all the files, only very high level intervention has any hope of getting results. This is not about trusting Bryan or not. He lost the wheel long ago. Go after him as the responsible party.

Act together or drop off one by one as you all loose the energy to act at all. (I have no funds invested but I am monitoring for a group who do have a lot at stake)

I could only wish that i was booking a ticket to go too Portugal this year...it would mean two things. 1. Pips is back online and we have all made money and 2. I could give Bryan a good kick up the arse for causing so much grief to so many people (including me). Maybe all this wasn't his fault, however a simple I'm okay guys, and doing the best I can would have been sufficient...but to complete ignore us is immoral. Yes, I understand Gag orders but i hardly believe you can be prosecuted for saying "Hello". There is an awful lot of money out there somewhere and i can hardly see that its in someones suitcase. It must be with a bank.Some bank, somewhere and making huge amounts of interest and investment capital on overnight money markets. I believe that if our CEO cannot comment, then paying a lawyer maybe $100 to make a comment is not to much to ask. I have tried to remain calm and collective but this has gone way above my ability to stay that way. Pooling some money together to have a lawyer look into things is not such a bad idea, even having a pips member to go there and act on our behalf wouldnt be such a bad idea either. The logistics in doing this surely wouldn't be difficult. I really do hope that Bryan is okay, and healthy and I really do mean that ...I dont wish poor health on anyone, however i do have another agenda....I really do won't to put my foot fair up his backside...and I think the cue will be very long to do the same. I think it is time to let some well connected authorities sort him out. He is not going to peform it is all a scam to enrich themselves. My vote is to now hand him over, then Marek can concentrate on his studies, and the rest of us can buildup what Darling Bryan stole from a lot of innocent folks.....I still believe there are more to his team

Anything short of "all the money is gone and never coming back", is good, because it means its not gone and may be coming back.

And don't give me the hard done by crap as I have not made a cent in several months and am completely broke, and if your worse off than that then the fact that "it aint over", is even better news for you.

It is a good move for you to stand for all Pipsters to have dialogue with Bryan of Pips (our moneys) exist.

I’m pretty sure all Pipsters will post here to support you, and this thread here posting would draw to Bryan attention of members take you as our leader.

We really needed periodically update of our money exist.
