I agree with you LD. You sound more logical. Bryan is one to make decision on what to do.

I would contact him first.

I agree that checking with Bryan about this first feels right. There may well be factors we have no awareness of that could negatively affect PIPS by our asking questions (even politely). I believe this is unlikely. Maybe there are no problems with this and it would feel good to be doing something ourselves. In any case, IMHO, let's check with BM first.

Luckydog, Well, when we did sign the petitions, what happend at that time? I refuse to be in the DARK!

If bryan has exserted any kind of pressure on BoN, what has that helped?

Have i anywhere in this thread said that i dont trust Bryan? No. I trust Bryan, and his intensions. But that does not give us the answers does it?

I dont know what kind of pressure we can put on BoN, but thats why i am discussing this in the open. And hope that we can show BoN that we are still here, waiting, waiting and waiting, and kind of sick of it, when we havent had any real update from BoN since september 28th05 = 4 months ago!

You yourself have said that the BON are thru with their investigation....this has also been reported by the Swedish embassy. It takes time to write reports to hand over to the authorities....and the Swedish embassy has said that once that is done it will be public record and more info can be had.

And if they have to inventory and hand over 3 truck loads of equipment and papers to the prosecutor....who also has to accept and inventory all of it...that alone could add weeks.

As unfortunate as this situation is...waiting for the prosecutors determination is all that can be done. Then and only then will we be able to know if any action need be taken.
