Offcourse it will polite, But not like kissing their B**s.
They have to answer questions. And if they wont, we will have to hire a lawyer,or many of them.

Simple as that. Coz us asking questions cant mess up the investigations. To those that say its not good. please speak up, and tell us why we should not ask BoN, or put pressure on them?

And how can that result in anything negative for us?

It really is crazy to be waiting for nothing, and I fear we are all thinking the same thing at this point, even if most want to remain positive, the fact that the HA deal just got shelved with no word points to speculation it was stopped for reasons preventing even one post that it is dead, and after losing several nights sleep waiting on impending launch, and then nothing, that was just plain disrespectful to all of us in my opinion.

Thanks for stepping up to the plate Marek, I agree, the frustration level is even higher now that we have all been disrespected with not a clue what is going on, enough is enough, so when you call BN, get the lawyers name so we can learn what is really going on, not more BS. Yes, I am frustrated as well, can you tell. (g)

100% in agreement!! Very sensible and timely post. I've always felt that Pips' lawyer should have given us an update long ago, without having to be asked.

Second, I would first contact Bryan and ask him for opinion about BNM.

I am awake, but there has not been any news for a long time. First of all. WHERE IS BM. He should be the first to be contacted for some information.
But I'm with you whatever you find right to do. We really need some news about our money. In fact I really need my money, this has been a nightmare for more than one year.

Bryan hasn't given up on us, so I am not giving up on him being able to bringing this entire Pips operation to an awesome conclusion. Bryan said not to interfere with BN. How do you know that Bryan isn't putting his own pressure on BN.

Bottomline: You either trust Bryan or you don't!
