Another super effort frustrated. Well done Batty$ and thank you.
I do feel for the Marsdens no matter what they may or may not
be guilty of, it,s as if the judicial system is playing with them to
break their resolve and health. As far as the charges go, the bank
have all transactions relating to money laundering, there is no issue
other than those since any other funds would have originated from
the same banking system, but nothing appears on any charge sheet
apart from those we are already have knowledge.

The whole situation is quite ridiculous. Another 3 months wait and what then? Cancelled again?

I still choose to believe BM is innocent, and merely guilty of finding a fairer win/win economic system than the unfair one that we have accepted as economic 'reality' for over a millenia.

The economic system we have traditionally accepted is more likely to be the guilty party methinks - and angry at being out played by financial genius...

Hello all,

Long time passed since I was here. If there was no updates from ROL Club and TheBat I would probably forget about PIPS. :) Thank you.

Looks like PIPS and trial is never ending story. Guilty or not guilty the question is now. No matter what happens, for me this was one good life experience. I lost some money but I met some great people and at the end I believe I am in profit. :)

Regarding weather, well, looks like even weather is not as it used to be. The good thing is that man can't change weather. It would be disaster. :)

The trial is moving at a pace that even a snail on a bad day with a foot injured can overtake it. If it feels this slow on the outside (of jail), I wonder how its like for BM and SM. Perhaps thinking about the loot (if they have stashed away) keeps them sane. Counting the minutes until they make bail. But as Lynnre said with two trials making bail will be a bit tougher.

So until the next installment of the "neverending story" BM&PIPS, we'll just twiddle our thumbs and watch the snails go by.

Even a bat with sore knees could keep up. Take care of yourself, and rest up. August is going to be a very busy month for you. Of course if there are no more delays. Let's hope this time everyone shows up and gets these trials on the road; Ferrari or not.
