Court is just institution that just listen both sides on their own terms. This whole scenario is without any logic. People here are desperate to see outcome of "so call trial", which is still not 100% defined legally( just paper work). Charges are just from prosecutor based on BNN statement. This mean nothing in eyes of court. Legally they need to proceed as prosecutor filed.

Since this is private (no media allowed) trial, it is illegal to snoop around court and collect information. It,s even more dangerous to post on public forum report of event, so I hope owner of this forum is aware of this liabilities. No other public forum has similar scenario, because they know rules.

Just friendly abservation.

No news is good news or in this case no news is great news.

The more delays the better, means BM sits and rots even longer.

I sure was glad I hesitated on two Pools of "theirs" which I was led to heed from the tempting invitation and too good to be true patient returns which was esp. made candidly clear by my side of Advisors even though my smaller transfer of the two was just under 5K but something deadly serious and seemingly wrong was already felt by my "financial gurus" urging me to back off and wait at least another 2 good years to see if it truly is a credible set up... which, and for all the good or bad reasons leading to their side of silence/disappearance and fallout and whatever else making the list to go on.... it didn't materialise like it SHOULD HAVE despite all the warning signs that it just couldn't and we then saw it going up in thin air, beyond grasp for all those who deposited theirs in their thousands!!!

My loss was felt too but more was saved when things started to stale somewhat badly with the excuses and payouts plus Merchants and all aren't getting what a normal legit business is/are expected to be awarded... the snow was beginning to snowball with no stopping anymore for the worse to come which we are now all in... DUPED!!!

Today 4-6-08 The price of petrol rose 40%, electricity tarrif goes up another 18%

What does the figure above mean? Higher transport cost! Food prices up! Cost of doing business escalates. Already we are paying 12% more on electricity and with the current hike it will be a total of 30%!!!! Already public transport are grousing, they want a 100% increase in their fares, buses and taxis especially.

So by August, the price of petrol will follow the world market price! Imagine what the outcome will be. Anyway, the budget estimated to cover the trial and for travel will have to be revised again.

I'm following it myself thru my other Forum and the members updating us for the last 7 hours already with many worries... here are some I lend from their postings... its getting frantic by your side and I am sure, the funds may not see through easily after the first day or so when you hit the court in Seremban.

One chap posted he donated 5 dollars and stating he did it with PayPal... but nothing came to that reference... I hope no more of such pranks show up after this... I will make it a stinging obvious message to those claiming to have donated but does not provide a transaction ID from PayPal.

The two snapshots were taken some 8 hours ago in Malaysia as a ban was also imposed for foreign registration plates to fill up within 50 kms from the north & south border of Malaysia, this new ruling was hastily implemented targeting motorists from Thailand and Singapore who pay slightly higher for their vehicle petrol.

Any further new threads open just for the sake of an individual's ignorance to the progress surrounding the Marsdens or the Trial or anything else on PIPS or PicPay and all the parties involved will find their newly created thread deleted. Issues related to the past and further back in the past, will be posted in the above thread, click that and stay there with your submitted posts please. This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
