Edit: That's remarkable what you attempted to do but why didn't you share this with us back then? You could easily have been included with the Group of 18 Claimants for what you went through until something stopped you in your tracks!!!

I also PM'd Admin to ask who the group of 18's Lawyers were so I could contact them too, but I didn't get a reply, so that is why I tried contacting the Bank myself. I really would have preferred to join in with others.

Is it definitely not possible now to use those same lawyers in Malaysia, or is it entirely out of the question, and we should try other methods of tracing Bryan's whereabouts?

I'm sorry if Admin did not get to answer your PM query. He has been away I was informed and often resulting from his medical commitment at the Facility where he continues hois advance stages on the faculty he's following.
I can assume, based on yr revelations, that you probably was at the point when you need to raise and ,make contact which was already in a developed level where the Lawyers will entertain no other party or individual other than the agreed group which was arranged much earlier. Hence, Even if I came to know of your query, I could see no prospects for the lawyer to accept you based on several factors which I am aware that took place and there is no way anyone can come in between and be listed or be attended to separately.
Even at the worst possible miracle given, with the group accepting you suddenly to join in at a late stage, I know that none would approve nor accept a sudden outsider to slide in and share the lion's payout refund. Its human nature as well to act this way. I cannot condemn nor condone this attitude because, its in US in whatever we do or wherever we are involved with whatever.
Therefore, I am aware and will try to minimize this character kind by giving this opportunity to the next feasible attempt and whoever is seriously interested to cooperate, participate and go hand in hand with all other listed rightful claimants, and anyone that ignores this from the very start but shows up at a later stage, when the going is good and also promising, you bet, after all that has been pursued and involved exhausting efforts with costs, most if not all will not welcome outsiders to jump in the queue as convenience. That's human nature and I can see that happening for sure but I will do what I can to prevent or minimize it from happening.

That is why, i will repeat often about reading and interactive participation here with every one involved as listed. Failing to do so, heightens one's lack of keeping up with the updates and knowledge of whats taking place and what is further expected to be known and how to keep in pace with the developments.

Whoever you are that is now visiting the forum, often or for the first time since a long time ago, please heed my advise and don't snub it because you will soon be the one that will displace yourself in the long run and I know what I'm saying here. Remember, if you are NOT in eventually, that is because, you somehow caused that by your own actions, I won't be the one responsible nor will the others too.

In this collective stride for a positive outcome, we need ALL hands on board and being fully aware and consistently. That's where the strength is sustain for those who stay and follow regularly and play interactive with the rest.

With the new Claimant Group List I will create soon, your strength as a united group is strengthened and assured when you know each other better with the posts exchanged and handing or lending a hand is a deed one find only within a family group. Knowing each other well doesn't mean facing or dating each other or exchanging photos across the forum.... if you want to do that, do it and the rest don't need to know about it, its your private affair but when focusing on this attempt to claim your Monies someday, its a combine effort and I wish and hope that as MANY of you out there get that chance this time but it has to be done in a respectful manner too.

That was also a successful formula we upheld with the 18 eventual Claimants from the Malaysian claim. - YB.

I was late in asking and I understand the reasons and I did lose contact for a time with Rolclub, especially as my upline convinced me that it would be futile to attempt to recoup any money. How wrong he was!
So your group consisted of 18, did you also hear if any other claimants were successful? The official I spoke to at the Court told me he had been inundated with enquiries from third parties asking how to make a claim, and he told them all to hire lawyers, so maybe there were more payouts alongside yours, you never know.

Edit: Yes, he certainly was and further than that he was unable to steer or veer any as the position he's in is obvious. As far as Batty could discover and he was much closer and being a familiar face than ALL THE REST, at most of the court hearings & trial sessions, he could not recall other claimants being privy to the few millions the Court had approved for refund. There were employees of which many were modestly compensated for income arrears as payouts.

We were fortunate, to have a competent and dedicated and NOT greedy pair of Lawyers representing our Claims.

I invested 1,000.00 dollars.I got in at the end of the Pips failure.Bryan was arrested about 2 months after i joined.I will help as best as i can but i don't have all that much funds available nor will i spend more then a certain amount to get back my 1,000.00.Thanks Yogi!



Edit: U R welcome and yes, I will be honest with you too. It is my aim that everyone wanting to submit their claim and eventually see the refund paid out, whatever the approved amount could be, is and remains practical & logical too and affordable if not only sensible to stay all the way with the process. Like I have stressed ever so often in several responses made, the MORE the would-be Claimants submit for listing, the lower the running costs will be as envisaged. No figures can be guessed as yet not estimated for its too early now to explore that field but given the experience from our first process on Malaysia, I can safely assure you all, we will come onto that area once i can see how developments take shape and just how large the list is becoming to have all involved, in first understanding seriously whats in it for all involved and to go all the way to the final end. I would like to see it cost only $5 each and once only for each but that is a false hope and illusion even if we have 2000 Claimants listed. In Malaysia, its affordable but in any Western country... think realistically what anything would fetch and that itself is just for starters only on unforeseen basic expenses hence, I don't want to venture into this just yet, don't see it as an iminent need either but we will come to that once we are better settled with whom we are having in the List and just how the strategy is going to be approached. - YB.

Edit: For the moment, the return and vigor expressed which is coupled with questions and also relevant good tips, will continue and until it eventually settles down, we will first welcome and observe and pick out the useful tips & hints. What you can do is read and reread and if need be, get a good picture from where we are heading towards after detailed understanding of the exchanges placed in this forum. Right now, still somewhat early to start determining whats to be structured as a strategy to move forward. Hang on for the moment, I will give enough time for this area to be well addressed so EVERYONE will feel comfortable about how we are heading with whatever thats feasible to exploit on. I've found my deposit emails that I received when I made deposits into PIPS, showing the deposit information and amounts. It's been so long now, I doubt that I have any other documents. Do you think that would be sufficient?

Edit: Frankly, email exchanges are not adequate or can sustain the approval by any Court as proof of your deposits. As you also know, till today, whatever transactions done online or direct over the Bank's counter, is and are always backed by a physical document as proof which states amount, to whom or where at under given dates and the amount specified etc. You need that kind of proof to gather.

Many if not most Banks archive their records and you need to contact them to help you track and release whatever that is essential to this attempt later on. Some banks do charge this as a service too. - YB.
