Thanks YB for all your good work!

I'm back from being away for a long time chasing Solid Investment.

We had various accounts held by various family members in Pips.
Most of us had that pension plan as well. All together some 11 accounts representing a lot of money.
So yes, you can count us in!

Edit: Good to see your ray of hope for yourselves as well as the others close by you. my immediate advise for you to undertake is stay as often as you can and be interactive with this forum among the rest and with that as a launching platform, inform the others to sign in with ROLClub so they too can be active with everyone on their viewpoints as suggestions are always welcome and above all, when a Claim is submitted and when a Court needs to know WHO is behind which amount and account, it becomes .... To each His Own by then. So start asap and haul them in participating with the rest, we need numbers now to move forward optimistically. - YB.

    Hello fellow ex-Pipsters,
It's nice to see the efforts to bring money back to the investors...
However, since I was 'gifted' into the program I won't have any proof of money sent :(
I do hope though that most people who have sent money to BM and his programs, will
get a chance to get something back :)
    Thank you for your efforts,
    swedgirl

Hi YB, thank you so much for the offer of help to try and recoup our money. Count me in definitely, I lost quite a lot to PIPS. As you said "Not in or from Malaysia, that is a closed chapter and the Malaysian Authorities made sure of that through their Legal system and Judicial Courts of that country." I am surprised that the Bank didn't get in touch with members about filing claims and I wonder what they intend to do with the rest of the money they seized, surely they wouldn't be keeping it, as that would be hypocritical since they put Bryan Marsden in prison for doing just that.

Despite many emails, calls, and postal letters to Bank Negara, I was only just recently contacted by them to inform me that the claims were still ongoing and to contact the Seremban Court direct. The Court advised me to find a Malaysian Lawyer to represent me. One I did contact, told me there is a 6 year limit in submitting a claim from when I discovered the fraud, so I am at present in limbo.

I just wondered if the 18 members who were refunded, were they all a part of your group or were some just acting independently?

Edit: That's remarkable what you attempted to do but why didn't you share this with us back then? You could easily have been included with the Group of 18 Claimants for what you went through until something stopped you in your tracks!!! The Bank has its own mandate to abide and apply and has no judiciary influence as an obligation to approach individual customers or clients that were exploited by a registered company in default with Banking laws of that country. Account holders have to make and undertake the initiative themselves and as far as the Court presiding the Fraud charges and case against BM, its another separate issue altogether. What you were informed by a Court Reprentative is standard statement for protocol to be heeded but since the process was already in fiull swing back then, you should have and MUST make tentative moves like engaging a Lawyer for instance but I am sure by then, the costs for an individual like in your situation, seems to fade away with any worthy chance to pursue further due to the impending costs anticipated.

From the listed Claimants to become the HDG and eventually the TPC which is Third Party Claimants, they were all in it together as a family, sticking to each other and hoping their best for the positive outcome from every passing month as we progressed... thanks too for the choice we made in approving the right candidate Law firm that took awhile too in selecting. A combine & collective effort that paved the way but at a much reduce fee & cost for each of the 18 Claimant after the individual $$$ breakdown for each. - YB.

I invested 1,000.00 dollars.I got in at the end of the Pips failure.Bryan was arrested about 2 months after i joined.I will help as best as i can but i don't have all that much funds available nor will i spend more then a certain amount to get back my 1,000.00.Thanks Yogi!

Edit: U R welcome and yes, I will be honest with you too. It is my aim that everyone wanting to submit their claim and eventually see the refund paid out, whatever the approved amount could be, is and remains practical & logical too and affordable if not only sensible to stay all the way with the process. Like I have stressed ever so often in several responses made, the MORE the would-be Claimants submit for listing, the lower the running costs will be as envisaged. No figures can be guessed as yet not estimated for its too early now to explore that field but given the experience from our first process on Malaysia, I can safely assure you all, we will come onto that area once i can see how developments take shape and just how large the list is becoming to have all involved, in first understanding seriously whats in it for all involved and to go all the way to the final end. I would like to see it cost only $5 each and once only for each but that is a false hope and illusion even if we have 2000 Claimants listed. In Malaysia, its affordable but in any Western country... think realistically what anything would fetch and that itself is just for starters only on unforeseen basic expenses hence, I don't want to venture into this just yet, don't see it as an iminent need either but we will come to that once we are better settled with whom we are having in the List and just how the strategy is going to be approached. - YB.

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to ask this question :-) Thanks, Fastpip.

Bank of Malaysia seized the money! So the money is there! There is no point or reason to chase BM around the world which would point out to be fruitless anyway but demand Malaysian Authorities for the funds to be released they still hold. I ask what the real reason is trying to divert members away from the Malaysian authorities knowing very well that most of the money is sitting there.

So what does that mean? Is there a chance to successfully claim at least some of the funds? When would those 6 years be over, 2011?

If there is still a chance we should hire a Malaysian lawyer to represent another group. Best would be to hire the same lawyer which represented the previous group of 18 people since he is in loop of all things, knows the whole story and was successful! Everything else would take up way too much time which we apparently don't have.

Edit: I'll come back onto this understandable assertion by you later. :) - YB.

Default What can we do to help

    Thanks for the initiative Yogi!

Just wanted to add to the flow of positive and encouraging comments on the eventual process of recouping our investments. I personally invested $5,000 so I definitely have an interest in the matter.

Let us know how we can help in the most practical and organized way possible.

    Richard

Edit: Good to see you back again Richard. The more others you know who should join in and submit their Claim by first becoming active with participating with the rest, the better it will be both for you and everyone for I know it can be achieved and hopefully too, for much lower costs-related involvement. The maths itself is the proof. Let them know and have them become aware for involvement. - YB.

I was an active prompter of PIPs. A neighbour did earn enough to pay university tuition & buy new cars for his children years ago. I had downline that desperately needed additional financial support. One has since died, another's health is deteriorating.
I had a computer crash & lost contact with PIPS info. & was not aware the negotiated payouts.
Please keep me/us updated on what we need to do in an attempt to get our funds returned.

Edit: Great to see you made back and that was a pity about yr PC situation too. Do read and return as often as possible to be well updated with the initial stages of exchanges among the membership which include YOU as well and also, by staying interactive with the rest and us as awhole with postings, you will soon know what is ahead and how to go about it with your participation, take this advise and you will stay ahead and hopefully too, be an approved Claimant someday for you deserve getting your money back! - YB.

Edit: For the moment, the return and vigor expressed which is coupled with questions and also relevant good tips, will continue and until it eventually settles down, we will first welcome and observe and pick out the useful tips & hints. What you can do is read and reread and if need be, get a good picture from where we are heading towards after detailed understanding of the exchanges placed in this forum. Right now, still somewhat early to start determining whats to be structured as a strategy to move forward. Hang on for the moment, I will give enough time for this area to be well addressed so EVERYONE will feel comfortable about how we are heading with whatever thats feasible to exploit on. Try for your part, share your thoughts... positive and constructive ones I mean and lets hear your input too :) - YB.
