Former pipsters should refrain from demonizing Bryan Marsden because we all have only our greed to blame. We were upset at losing more than $10,000 in that HYIP but after time realized that it was a HYIP and that is what the risk involved.

Really have mixed emotions about the pipsters who actually promoted and were like a cult defending something that couldn't be defended and that was the fraud.

If you know going in that it is a pyramid sheme then you expect a fall at a point in the game. But when people are promoting a religious program and how religious the leader is we really have no room for respect or sympathy.

There will be those we are referring too monitoring this thread that are the culprits and will indeed hide and change identities but there is nothing we can do in the end but blame ourselves.

If this thread was created to establish a legal fund to send funds to someone who will get a lawyer to recoup our funds save your breath. This sucker has will not be sucked again.

Thanks for creating this thread to at least allow the rants.

Edit: Your point is taken & noted and although there is some measure of truth in your allegations, there are also many who were unaware that they were about to be scam by the very folks that they thought were trying to help them through a scheme which for many, back then to be a new thing on the global market and that could not be taken too deeply a fault for their part You apparently was and still is a smart & shrewd chap, what did you do back then to curb this scam stunt by the Marsdens and his lieutenants?. Anyway, unless you have no more hope or valid interests to contribute or partake [positively with your side of a claim, I thank you for your input and we shall move on further with whatever avenues that can be exploited to see the goal achieved by the ex-Pipsters who are now only bent on accomplishing this new opportunity. - YB.

I would love to be able to get the money back I put into Pips. What do we have to do? Money is tight though for me barely making ends meet so I dont know if i can put any money out this is what i'm afraid of. Plus i have a baby on the way due in October.

I've found my deposit emails that I received when I made deposits into PIPS, showing the deposit information and amounts. It's been so long now, I doubt that I have any other documents. Do you think that would be sufficient?

Edit: Frankly, email exchanges are not adequate or can sustain the approval by any Court as proof of your deposits. As you also know, till today, whatever transactions done online or direct over the Bank's counter, is and are always backed by a physical document as proof which states amount, to whom or where at under given dates and the amount specified etc. You need that kind of proof to gather.

Many if not most Banks archive their records and you need to contact them to help you track and release whatever that is essential to this attempt later on. Some banks do charge this as a service too. - YB.

I live in Canada. Total amount of my money put into PIPS was $750. I'm assuming this is not enough to bother with. Could someone please clarify.

Edit: That can be safely be regarded as a pinch of the purse but you have to decide on that 2B honest. I won't in anyway want to discourage or comment that will be interpreted wrongly. In any claims dealing with money returned, all eyes are NOT as compassionate or forgiving when the privilege few are granted while the rest looks on helplessly while no efforts are taken to help include them. This is what the next attempt is designed to provide, so all have a chance given and that is subject on who utilizes that opportunity to the maximum with all things considered. - YB.

Hi YB, Appreciate so much your desire to help us to get to the "light" at the end of the tunnel. I am willing to stay the course, just let me know what to do when you get a viable direction. I sure would like to retrieve my money and the monies of those I encourged to join so I can remove the reproach off my name. The person who brought me in had invested thousands of dollars and regrettably, has passed away last year.

I'm back but only for a short while but please, for those who are still visiting, reading all the posts & comprehending what's posted is the right way to feel and be sure that YOU are now IN this time round and if you have something to share, point it out and with every helpful mention with further details your contributing thoughts can assist as well, please don't stay mute from hereon.

I know,for there are those among you and its like a village full of visitors that still have trouble typing out (me included ) but don't you feel shy or inadequate. Those that try to belittle you with your efforts in here will soon realize they won't be tolerated and will be removed. Lets start with respect for each other, I won't accept anyone who thinks HE, SHE knows more than the rest and is above all others, we don't need that sort of characters around.

This is one for ALL and ALL for each other too and I'm at the other end monitoring neutrally like we successfully carried out with the first Trial Coverage.

It is NOT my intention to exclude anyone for their right to Claim, YOU SHOULD 2B honest and do your utter best at it but don't step on other man's toes in the course of pursuing as everyone has a reason to feel hurt and is thus sensitive to uncalled comments or even off the cuff remarks which can be wrongly interpreted. Lets do away all that past grandeur and animosity and start well with a fresh slate albeit you were once a cheerleader for BM or you simply hate his guts and those that stood by him despite....

When & where its deemed necessary, I'll answer within by editing your post. So, be advised to always come back and look up at your last post if you expect a reply and that way, you first "READ previous posts" by others too as a good habit as routine which then allow you to grasp the current exchange in thoughts and brainstorming and be updated with posts from others, hopefully with more clues & tips and advises as well which ALL of you can benefit from.


This is interaction and YOU NEED IT for this new attempt. There is plenty of time ahead so don't boost that stress level and heart beat too high up when its NOT necessary just yet, take your time and read over at what is said and posted by others so you don't repeat your questions.
The one that will do any repeating is ME to expect as I'm now in the middle of it all with you so I can afford to repeat often to help & send the grinding message across and if its getting bored for you, you go ahead and step right in with your response and DO IT GOOD ok? I have no problem with that positive intervention.

Lastly too, this is about YOU ALL, and NOT me like some had always tried to convince others in the past to think as such.

My aim also is to allow those who are having a tough time financially, to feel there is a place for their claim too and there are many good & willing among you who will later be able & are prepared to chip in just to keep "family" from falling out or apart... we can DO IT Together and it will need trust, confidence and respect for each other to reach that goal even if it may not just be around the corner.... this may very well take some extra time, you BET!!!
