Thread: Rolclub New attempt to assist claim on your PIPS $$$.

Having signed up a short time after the deadline, I can only hope the Core Group accepts my request to be a part of the claimants list. There aren't enough "thank you's" to YogiBrood for his help and patience in answering questions I have had. He is truly a diamond in the rough. Many sincere thanks to you Yogi - you are a gem! :)

I went fishing within our closed threads and found a recent post from FreeSpirit. I was in joy with her flight as she was on my wings with the others during our first pursuit to claim their monies... I was most elated by the HDG group's first recovery attempt was a daring, bold stride... I am glad for their accomplishment. I still get questioning emails seriously doubting if I had my share of the claim...

NOPE, I did not and if I may or would have staked my claim too, I would not be the right person from the start to initiate and guide the pursuit, for it would be a conflict of interest no matter which angle or argument I present it across. Hence, I DID NOT and that was also made plain clear months before the initiative was even considered.

We WON.

We won our cases in court, it wasn't easy but we got our money. Thanks to Yogi and Batty for all the help and wonderful people they are. Also to all of the ones who are now friends, partners,who linked our lives together. We stood fast and made a difference. We beat the hardest courts in the world. I am so proud of us and I do wish there had been more. Meaning, more who should have gotten money right along with us. Have a wonderful day and enjoy your life. God Bless,

Today is the closing day & date where the actual core group of TPCs are those who decidedly chose to fund the pursuit for the Next Attempt with their mandatory initial donation. Those who did not or were not in time to fund their part & share of the donation funding, were left out and will NOT be listed anymore to get involved throughout the entire duration of the process.

For those who are and continue to be listed in Bold-blue, will be given that special extra opportunity but that moment will be made known at a later stage after a consensus is carried out and decided by the core group of claimants on just WHO will be fortunate to join them eventually in their stride & pursuit.

It is for now, the least priority of their concerns as there are more pressing issues in the strategy to be discussed than be distracted concerning inclusion of new claimants to have a piece of the cake once it becomes known where and how to claim it.

Hi all. I am one of the people in the core group that have been approved to move forward in the claim process. I'm not on here every day, but when I did some reading yesterday, I misinterpreted YB's words on what the highlighting indicates on the list of claimants. I just want to remind everyone that if your name is in non-bolded black lettering, then you are in the core group and have completed the process correctly to this point. Individuals who are in bold blue have not been totally approved and YB needs more input and positive signs of interaction through forum postings from them to be confirmed. I sent an email to YB asking why I wasn't in the core group when in deed I actually was and then sent him another email to let him know that I had figured it out. I know he gets a lot of emails and it is important for all of us to read all the information before sending inquiries off to YB that really aren't necessary if we do ALL of our homework. Thanks for reading my ramblings.

For those who then voted and adhere in funding with their mandatory donation to initiate the process, are now the Core Group of Claimants for the Next Attempt.

Unfortunately for those who chose NOT to help fund the next attempt, will not be listed nor have further need to get involved and obviously, will be left out as from Sept. 13th, the closing date for funding with their donation. Only those who had been involved with the Poll-Vote have access to this funding which will later be extended to those currently in bolded in blue status prior to showing acceptance by approval.

So, to each his own and to those who responded, we welcome you as the new core group of claimants who will also decide, through their mandatory initial funding to stage & confirm their ultimate goal, as part of the Core Group of Claimants. At a later scheduled stage, listed among the Bolded-Blue usernames, a consensus will be carried out by the core claimants (TPCs) to decide who shall be accepted to join them for the Next Attempt.

From hereon, a new opportunity is open for those who somehow were unable or had been left out, for whatever unknown circumstances faced and this is the chance to submit your requests for so long as the welcome mat and opportunity remains available till the end of this year.

Those who were listed in bolded red as from Post thread #3 and those who did not respond to the invitation mail concerning the Poll-Vote followed by funding a mandatory donation, need not try again for any future re-attempt is basically & completely over for you & your appeal will subsequently remain ignored.

For the new requests, you MUST be a registered ROLClub member first and foremost and registered before 01st May, 2011. Do it correctly is my advise for this time round, your hasty submission with avoidable clear flaws will be rejected and no correspondence will be made with you about it. Set that attitude right & straight and you'll make it like those who made it. Those who submitted in accordance to the simple instructions, you will get a confirmation from YogiBrood which will then have you listed in bold-blue and your request for acceptance will stay On-Hold until further notification that will later be decided through the core group of TPCs at a later stage.

The earlier you get listed the better you pose your chances and by this, it is meant in giving yourself adequate time to involve with "exchanges & posts" in this forum thread. If you are one that cannot even bother a simple courtesy "Thank-you" message or with a positive post containing a perspective related context, then your chances are less likely for acceptance. What you say, express and post constructively, gets monitored and your positive interaction is based on the merits to consider your chances for acceptance.

Those who do not post much in forums, or so they claim (why then does one ever bother to get registered with forums????). Its like asking for membership with a library but you never do plan to ever visit it nor borrow a book from there???!!!

Hence, your activity showing your concern and serious interest depends on your attitude with interactive posts and don't ask or deliberate with ridiculous queries!!!... which is another caution from me. Trying to unveil/provoke for answers with crafty query-like innuendos relating to the progress will not gain any response either.

If you are not in as yet, you will then have to wait to be considered with the core group. Anything about how you feel or have experience with BM and your understandings on his utopian dream of his as his vision... well, on that you may spill them out, share or debate and see how others respond with their rejuvenated wisdom can help you with the answers.
