Thread: Rolclub New attempt to assist claim on your PIPS $$$.

Hi all, It's been a long time. I plan to read all the posts to get up to speed and dust off my pips records. Hopefully there is enough data for a claim.

Well I for one had given up hope in recovering any money from PIPS have since moved on to other things, I'm not even sure I have all the paper work. I did not invest more then I could afford to loose, however a lot of people lost their shirt, and it would be nice to get the money back regardless. I want to thank the rolclub in keeping us informed, and if there is any way to get the money back that would be sweet

Edit: Many have decided, including myself, to move on as well. Nonetheless, MANY MORE wishes to hold on esp with regards to the injustice that someone else took off with the monies and being scammed, its a heavy toll to put up with and not many have the energy left to pursue but my hats off to those who find this saga is far from over!!! - YB.

One more I have to point out and to consider.... there are members who paid in bank but already recoup there initial investment in PIPS, how will the bank knows if they will not dig the records, who are eligible to receive refunds. In the other hand, Picpay is like a bank of PIPS same like paypal, e-gold, etc.... In my personal thought, monies in our account should be return to the owner or depositors. There are withdrawals in my account until the company close down.

Hope it will be considered in our claims.. and more power to the group esp. to YB.

The one big fortunate advantage is when you have transferred using PayPal or the Bank or an institution that is known to outlasts or stayed as long as Lloyds Bank. With them, your proof and records are traceable.
For those who have withdrawn, smallish or ALOT, I am of the opinion that they will not be making any attempts to try recover for themselves, perhaps out of principle and equally, feeling devastated for those under their sign-ins, they will do and help out whichever way they are able to.

I sincerely hope they do their best when the moment arrives whereby the facts and docs are needed to be verified & validated... but that will come, in good time.

Yes indeed but this I made and stood by it back in 2006 and since the very 1st claim attempt which is why, I am NOT involved at ALL in submitting any claim which also presented a favorable oversight and handling much more effective and objectively from this position as Co-Admin and coordinating in a way that EVERYONE committed with wanting to claim a refund is better served and be rid off from troublemakers/trollers and unwanted undesirables from disrupting any process put up or structured to serve ex-Pipsters the way it should be and that's what this next attempt as a second Refund Claim process is all about. - YB.

I am also a 2005 investor in PIPS and have sent you a confirmation PM on what I had invested in PIPS. Let me know if there is anything else I need to do or do correctly.

101 listed!!!

Listed as of today, since the start on May, we have made good optimistic progress and this is also due to several among the listed claimants who went out of their way to inform others about this Next Attempt which they missed out with the first, that was successfully wrapped up and prior to the case in Malaysia being closed, a refund payout was executed by the Court Authorities with the Lawyers helping out with the disbursement to the 23 ROLClub individuals** and their partners/spouses submitted under 18 Claims originally listed for the Refund Claim, which was approved by the Court.

We have easily passed the $1-million total from among these 101 listed ROLCLub whose combine sum are currently added up from the listed ex-Pipsters, are there more we left out with theirs???

So hurry for we still have time to pursue the signing up /response for being listed. Its vacation time now so many will be out of town and probably or temporarily is unreachable. However, many has their smart cellphones, notebooks and iPads taken along as well and what is holidaying without staying close to the front line with browsing the Net for a thousand and one reasons... even while U R on a relax holiday?.

If you know others who are still having their proof of transfers saved and /or unaware of our next attempt, text message to them with this thread link and urge them to join in and also adhere the simple requirements to get listed. >>>:

When I returned from mine, I will see if by end July we have enough to close the listing and move on from there with Stage 2. So please spread the word & get the message out to everyone you know who deserves it.
