We are now in the third week of May and many have responded. Some are through friends and concern persons who are unselfish to let others know of this next attempt. While others are also on the bandwagon in whichever way they came to know and are making their way among your genuine submission with the details you have transparently disclosed through the email you sent to YogiBrood.

Others, and this is what this post is about, have also been included but are somehow NOT forthcoming with what was expected of them regarding the required details.

They are on a separate "HOLD" listing although they are included among you on the thread but with one distinction, they have up to 31st July to clarify with their details as was requested of them.

thank you, YB, for your continual persistence in helping us. I am not good at combing the internet for Bryan but am very prepared to contribute financially whenever that becomes needed. I just really wanted to extend my appreciation, again.

I have just mailed out to respective ex-Pipsters listed on the current Claimant List. They have now the time to respond and adhere as requested with their missing details to be included with the rest of the TPCs.

Any other person(s) mailing me with their request to be included while I'm away on holidays can do so but the dateline applies for them as well meaning, not abiding or wasting the precious time left, will be their own concern & fault.
I won't waste more time spending back & forth with questions and answers by email on their oversight.

This mail notification my have crossed with a handful among you who YB is assisting with your ROLClub login registration at time of this being sent out. once that is sorted out, the dateline still applies.

This is the last mail I will be sending out to all of you who are currently in the "On Hold" list despite you being listed together with the others who are accepted for providing the required details.

It is imperative, you also provide a mobile (cellphone) next to your landline number for there is good reason why this is required from the experience gained with the first successful refund attempt.

Whatever your reasons are for not responding, I'll respect them but without the ample details needed, I'm sorry you will be excluded from the rest that complied without any hesitation or questioning. I will, as in the first attempt that eventually became successful with the refund fought out through the dedicated lawyers, maintain a strict protocol which is only meant and proven to be the only effective method to secure a smooth process. I do think it is very unfare that Brian can be found guilty, and stay out of jail. I would gladly trade my lose to see this reversed. Thanks for reading this, regards, carookie

Your post or opinion is quite unclear. Are you sympathetic to Bryan being imprisoned like the other forum member had expressed, for the Fraud he was charged with? On the other hand, you wish this to be reversed. Reverse it because BM is out there as a free man after serving time, regardless of it being a short term unfortunately?

Just to stay objective on your post, Bryan Marsden was caught in the act while residing in a country that does not accept nor legally allowed what he did under the practices of the Business Act and subsequently, the Financial Act of Malaysia.

Whatever or however one may feel about how business is done and the Law as understood in that country, time was served for the penalty he was found guilty of, fundamentally on Fraud with monies that was considered illegally obtained / managed (Ponzi system) under the Trade & Business Act.

I didn't login straight away, just went straight to the forum and there were 21 pages, so when I did login - the pages changed to only 6. (I repeated all this and the same happened????).


Edit: TQ and for the moment, there are several weeks ahead of us till 31st July after which we move on further and getting down to handling the next stage among and with ALL who are "listed". Those who are not, will not be able to participate what takes place among all listed TPCs-to-be until a real group is eventually determined & formed to seriously move forward and that is when the real handling begins. There is more to it than meets the eye during the initial start-up but it has to be done and carried out correctly and systematically to make sure none of the loopholes/flaws experienced in the first attempt gets repeated again. We can only improve in this way.

Indeed it showed 6 pages. I must have set it at multiple pages in the settings when I created it but on my own choice which each and every member can select for their own convenience. I concise the amount to many posts in one page, is easier too for the smoother scrolling in one overview. - YB.

WHO: All contributions to my PIPS account went via PicPay and though I edited the name of the account after funds were transferred ("username" to "LLC/company name"), all funds for this account were listed initially as "name removed". My last deposit/wire was for $38k. It came from my "company name" account/Key Bank/December 30, 2004. At this time I do believe my PIPS account was listed as "username" , "address" , "country".

WHERE: EON Bank Berhad, PT 7463, JLN BBN 1/1A, PUTRA POINT 1, BANDAR BARU NILAI, 71800 NILAI, NEGERI SEMBILAN, MALAYSIA... (all via PicPay).

I have a lot of money at stake here...as I'm sure you and many others do. What are your fees (the organization) to recover these funds? Shall I plan a trip over to visit the bank (alone or with you...)?

I'm not planning to go there, although I was there on three occasions since 2007 but merely for leisure with my wife. In the event of heading direct at the frontdoor of the said Bank, it is not wise to do as one will be effectively handled and rebuked from the very first & last confrontation which is through the reception Desk Clerk. Not a comfortable thought let alone experience it.
It is better to leave the matter with the right people and representation, Lawyers instead, who can address the correct and much more effective approach than a layman who will only get scoffed at and no top person or decision maker is met with.

Without question, a costly & fruitless endeavour for any individual initiative to consider undertaking. Almost 5-over years have elapse, but there is still time left to approach it but from a better, consolidated maneuver for the next attempt though not necessarilly at the offices of the banks alone in Malaysia.

Please post more of your concerns within the forum, this way, we build up a collective and determine group as we progress on this.

If I fail to answer immediately to anyone's mail or request for listing in the coming days etc.... that is due to the fact that I'm in transit with my travel and flights that is about to commence. I may be out of reach with any Internet till this Sunday or coming monday.
