Edit: There is currently another 40-plus being "on HOLD" and awaiting for their correct submission. Anyone who has a banned history will be given amnesty by us but it takes just one more disrespectful conduct on the RC Forum is all it requires to be removed from the Claimant List. Paying out as simulated by the then PIPS ROI is to my recollection somewhere as late as Nov 2005. - YB.
That list is getting quite impressive. I didn't know paying out was as late as Nov 2005 - now on hindsight I should have withdrawn earlier.

    YB,
I had a PIPS account but it was set up through buying units from an upline, and therefore I would not be able to produce any proof of remittance. Under such circumstances will I still be able to get listed in the TPC list?
    Thanks for your effort.

Edit: Many are sharing your situation too. If you can or U R still in close contact with him/her (the upliner), obtaining whatever proof available would or may help when it gets down to scrutiny of who is WHO and what amount belongs to whoever. You can also invite that person to get involved, hopefully the same person has kept all docs but is unaware of this opportunity. There are others listed who are putting in their energy to make good by wanting to act on behalf of the others they had "brought into" PIPS and if they want to do it, so can your upline too.

Discuss with the upliner and I'm sure everyone here would welcome the participation. Perhaps more are under the same person which can only add up the numbers listed. Post / update more from your side of the efforts, it will be helpful for others too to know the viable options. - YB.

Here is a recent email received with my response.

    YB.

    Hi IR,

We will appreciate you registering with ROLClub Forum to be listed. Once that is established, it would also serve YOU well within a collective attempt with others in the RC membership to have you on board.

I trust you are able to access and copy the instructions which prompted your request but you were expected to read the requirements as well one of which indicating a submission is backed by a valid registered username from ROLClub.

    Sincerely,

    YB.

I would also like to congratulate you all on your recent success and add my name to the new potential action. I would also like to thank you for looking to start this of all over again, I think it is fair to say that back in 2005 I like many others felt pretty disillusioned by the whole episode and probably did not hold much hope in any successful outcome, so fell by the wayside. I will search through the original paperwork and send you the required email.
    Best Wishes

Edit: Welcome back after all and it would be significant if you show & share your humble mindset with how things might get onto a better level in this forum. Perhaps, its a good start and positive too with your new found optimism aired? All thoughts are needed to get the next attempt to a higher level and success for all involved. - YB.

Default Need Help with RolClub Registration - Solved

"Registration denied, this forum runs an active policy of not allowing spammers. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page link if you believe this is in error."

    What's going on?

Edit: I'm currently attending to other matters but will get back onto this reg. yr other person's vain attempts with RC. PM me his/her name and I will look into it. Perhaps Admin may have banned this person and the IP supporting their sign up. Who knows? We'll see and lets hope its a server glitch only. - YB.
Thanks YB. It appears my friend, who is a first time registrant to RolClub, chose to use her middle as her username. However, it had already been used by a former RolClub member who had been banned from the forum. Consequently, my friend chose another username that was 'not so common' and was able to successfully register.

    To ALL concern

It appears we are now being stormed by many emails received after visiting the forum, under "guest" status and remaining to stay as such while grasping the opportunity to join in with ROLClub registered membership to submit their claims as well.

This "Next Attempt" is primarily meant to serve members of ROLClub who had stayed and remained registered with ROLClub.COM Forum.

All you have to do is register and be listed and if that is too much a hassle, then we are afraid whatever process we later include would be much too much for them and its safer now to remind those not planning to comply, to reconsider seriously for if you don't, it will cause YogiBrood much too much involvement & work to ignore rather than accommodate "non complying" persons wanting to be listed, to be left aside. For there will be much too much to focus and concentrate on those deserving cases that abide smoothly, deserving more attention from the very start of this gradual process.
No one is expected to be perfect and/or meticulous but showing your appreciation with making an extra effort easing the burden to help me out somehow makes all the difference.

We will and ONLY assist registered members of ROLClub

Method of transfer (PicPay,E-Gold,Bank,CC etc...): I do not recall the manner in which this money was transferred.
This will pose a problem. Not for the process or when the Lawyers begin evaluating each & every "TPC's presented proof" for wanting to be approved and be legally listed for recognition by the Court, but for you to be honest about it.

It will also be in the first line-up to be cast aside as "unworthy" for handling by the lawyers. If there is no verifiable piece of proof or evidence to corroborate your monies being made over in any substantial manner that leaves a paper trail for eventual tracking or tracing when conducted, your attempt will be stopped right there and then.

But rather than present you with unattainable false hopes, you are now cautioned on this fact that will inevitably occur, there is no way in avoiding it.

    YB,

Thanks for organizing this effort. I know you did not have to do this for us, but I, for one, really appreciate it.

I encourage all ex-pipsters to contact anyone who was involved because the faster we get these names in the quicker things will move ahead. Right now, we will have to hold each others hand and proceed confidently to see this thing through. YB is doing all he can to help us, but unless you all come in now, it will take us a very long time. I just re-read the last email I received from the person who sponsored me and has since passed away; it is heartbreaking because he invested thousands and brought in so many family members who were disillusioned. Don't want to go through this again. Why are the successful pipsters so reluctant to come in and talk to us? I am hoping for the best. Abigaile

To have a strong and realistic number represented, I would like seeing somewhere in the region of 300 listed. 500 is excellent but close to a 1000 would be phenomenal & irresistible for ignoring & be avoided by any Supreme Court or Appeal Board if it ever get to reach that level to submit an appeal for a retrial in validating a renewed Claim attempt. But lets not look too high as yet for trailing under two digit numbers has still a long way to go.

Even Lawyers want to see a significant number as it is all relative which means, less TPCs listed means, less claim recognized for disbursing and refund and certainly, less "fees" to earn from... that is how any money-claiming case will reflect.

So, rally or lobby whoever you know that has a genuine case to seek his/her refund that is still unaware and simply too complacent to inch further... Remember too in reminding them, register first and then will ROLClub accept their desire to be listed for their Claims.

This is a move worth undertaking from their butted position in a lazy rocking patio chair with the stale cigar or pipe being puffed away. ROLL THEM IN.... lets first build up the claim list because numbers makes any effort move forward!!!
