I would love to get my money back also...what do I have to do to achieve this? Please let me know.

Edit: You may start by first reading the many recent exchanges posted. Grasp what is mentioned and between the lines, you will soon come to understand just what fits your situation to comply & abide with the necessary details in preparing yrself both with the proof which is eventually required from you but in the meantime, make yrself part of this growing group of claimants for you will need that one way or the other at a later stage.

For those of you reading this and being in here for the 1st time with yr 1st ever post, I can't overstress more when insisting and personally recommending that you be "active" with others and their posts on whatever is addressed and you will gain this all to your benefit I hope, will also serve you well by joining up, welcome.

At this juncture, lets take the steps one at a time as I personally would not want to repeat what past steps were not helpful or compliant to ease the participation on this next attempt. We want success again and we need to thread prudently and serving ALL to the last without leaving anyone down & rejected or disappointed for whatever reasons there are but for now, don't worry too much on the money or contribution issues.

I have not made it a condition this time. Lets first prepare YOUR status and help you better with others on this next attempt to have it be recognized & approve by the right Court presiding the decision.

Yes, that is a good suggestion you raised and venture on that prospect by your side to see its feasibility from their vantage perspective. Get an input from them to start with, based on what you have so far observed and learned and with what we are now reviving on this next attempt, make sure they understood you well and the goals we are seeking. PM me what you gather but no facts or personal details should be provided as yet, that includes yours as well until I can consider it being an optimistic potential for consideration to have them as a viable option as alternative to others who may also seek ta similar path from where they are in other regions. - YB.

**Reminder**

There are now mails received from many who now wants to be listed for the next attempt. Thats GREAT!!!

However, many are NOT reading the posts and tips in this forum and I fear, they will gradually not become active and thereby risk the fact on their complacency to be seriously understood, taken and esp. appreciated or accepted by the rest at a later stage when it gets to be a REALLY SERIOUS business effort in staying and making sure one's claim is eventually approved.

This reminder is for ALL of you who have emailed me, with no ROLClub username references, and to make matters worst, not PMing me to forewarn me who you are!

It is VERY easy to do PM me first and when you do just this as I want you to do, it will automatically show up with your ROLClub username and I will then counter-check your membership as registered with the Forum. Yes, you need to again disclose your ROLClub username in the email otherwise I have no idea just WHO you are in ROLClub Forum.

By PMing me, it will show up your RC username which is all it takes, that simple.


Yes, this is one of the new methods I am implementing to serve and allow those seriously undertaking for all that is worth going through, to be the rightful claimants to be when we reach that stage.

The other reason is also, interactive participation with your posts. You don't need to type alot and chat-like within this forum. I will DO THAT as I am the one overseeing the whole process here again.

I saw what it was like from the first attempt and realized where the problem was led from. So, if you don't show your side to be interactive, I know for sure... your fall-out when that occurs is due to your own making and that will be felt by you sooner than later when I can see how others respond to others they do not truly welcome or wish to have, being part of or having a piece of the cake with the next Claim attempt.

So, help yourself OUT or IN is a choice you make, this is a caution from me to those who ignore instructions meant to serve EVERYONE on an equal footing.

If you don't see your name on the Refund List thread, then you probably had not followed the instructions correctly. Please adhere by following carefully the simple instructions expected from you.

Have you read this post #92 on page 3 in the thread (look up on this link>>>http://www.rolclub.com/pips-program-...ur-pips-3.html) so you can heed accordingly and if in doubt, post yr question back onto the forum, There is plenty of time still so don't panic.

If you do not know how or where to find that feature in the forum to send a personal message (aka PM), ask and post your question and members will respond to your post. This is the start of showing your interactive position from hereon. This is what I want to see... it is for your benefit, I know that for a fact from the last attempt we went through. Don't deprive your chance on this opportunity by simply ignoring or avoiding heeding my recommendation and instructions, if you do, it will serve you negatively eventually, count on that!!!

Just wanted to alert you to the e-mail I sent you requesting to be added to the ex-PIPSters' claimant list. By the way, I know of at least 7 individuals who invested in PIPS via PICPAY who are not computer savvy, but would like to be included on the Claimant List. How should we go about this?

Your help with them will soon be a significant lead and I hope you succeed too in assisting them along the way.

All you need to have them started is to ask them to sign up at www.ROLCLUB.com and once they are in with a RC username of their choice, advise & recommend them just to at least drop a line or two for announcing their belated sign up onto Rolclub.

That is a helpful start for themselves.

How do I get into the list of active ROL members so I'll get actual news as soon as they are govven out? First & foremost, to get a good head start on this "next attempt" is to start reading from page 1 of this thread and for the moment, you only have 4 pages (see yr settings to maximize 25 or 50 posts per page) to read up on and once you get to understand more and in-depth at what is focused on, you'll soon be able to make the right choice or decision to stay interactive with all committed members.

Welcome back and any input you may have that is positive to the next attempt is certainly appreciated.

To ALL following the thread diligently (I hope....), the email you are requested to email to is for submitting the required basic details as stipulated. DO NOT use it to raise questions or pose more queries please!!!

it means simply, for one reason or another, YB has not included your request just yet for a number of factors. Most common reason has to do with not complying and by that, having NOT read the instructions as put across and also, you are NOT LISTED as a registered ROLClub member since 2005. You can still do so without any email exchange with YB and if you have any questions or doubts, post it on this forum to discuss about it. PM me only if its something of a "personal" issue that others should not need to know about but all other issues related to this Next Attempt could & should be shared and addressed with fellow members to start it right for yourself.
