Does anyone know if there is a reason why transfer function is disabled in picpay? I am trying to liquidate some of my picpay, but if this function doesn't work then I am s.o.l I guess.

I have bought several items from merchants, but am still waiting to receive them. Put it this way I am getting a little frustrated!

transfer
You can always buy units for the other person via your picpay then they can liquidate. However that does require someone giving someone else their login info, but with new pin system its doable.

I caveat all this by saying "so they say"...

Further to your description, if I wanted to open a new account for a friend, could I transfer monies out of my own PicPay to that account?? that's all I'd want to do anyway

You will have to buy the units from his PIPS-account and pay from your PP-account.......
