Does anyone know if there is a reason why transfer function is disabled in picpay? I am trying to liquidate some of my picpay, but if this function doesn't work then I am s.o.l I guess.

Try visiting a Merchant and order the largest item...like an elephant for instance... then arrange for some small change at the end of the day... transfers are NOT working unless you wire it to your bank. Try again. :wink:Quote:

I have bought several items from merchants, but am still waiting to receive them. Put it this way I am getting a little frustrated!
You can always buy units for the other person via your picpay then they can liquidate. However that does require someone giving someone else their login info, but with new pin system its doable.
About Two weeks ago, a CEO update referred to removing the "transfer" function because people were getting stuck with "unclean" units through it.Quote:

I caveat all this by saying "so they say"...
As there really is no hard evidence one way or the other.

Further to your description, if I wanted to open a new account for a friend, could I transfer monies out of my own PicPay to that account?? that's all I'd want to do anyway
You will have to buy the units from his PIPS-account and pay from your PP-account.......
