I hate to be pessimistic yet again but on the other hand the words positive outlook and PIPS have not gone together in one sentence since late 2004. Our chances aren't even visible with a magnifying glass. We foreign investors won't even be mentioned at this trial.
But don't believe me, wait what thebat will report back.

Excellent and progressing!!!

One score and development with as far as RC & supporting Members initiative goes...with our MOD's stand alone reporting as it is, factual and from the frontline when the September trial resumes. We were equally disappointed by "ANY" credible or profound feedbacks by them cheering and fading cheerleaders so we opt our own fact-finding bottom line research if it is not quite a back-breaking effort on the part of theBat$'s efforts to retrieve and report back to us in this forum.

Yogi, she clearly stated in terms of "getting any return on our investments". I believe she deserves a serious reply.

carolinem, I,m afraid no one can give an answer to your question.
All previous enquiries from known sources have just led to blank walls. If there are funds left in PIPs accounts, we have no idea where they could possibly be. Lots of theories and hypothesis that just bring about a parabolic curve that ends in rumours.
Even the pending trail may not provide those answers we seek, since the nature of the indicments against BM deal with money laundering activities, not how the PIPs businesses were distributed or conducted, so we may never know.
The trail is all the connection we hold with the former PIPs, BM and whatever we invested in his companies. It will end this saga we have all endured for too long, good or bad, closure will finally descend and we can put the experience behind us, learn from it, and move on.

Hey, I'd like to donate but I guess I'm just not computor literate, can't get thru on PayPal and no connection with the others. Ought to be a simpler way. Sending a check or use a credit card would be easy.

Just click on this >> By Cheque, and scroll down in post#1 where you have just about enough details to send your check to the Bank or PM me with your working email address and stating the donation sum you wish to contribute and a PayPal request will be sent to you to complete the donation.
