If you are referring to the post on the first page of this thread, it was edited by me for swearing (which is against our TOS) by the looks of it. I don't remember what it said now - it was over 2 months ago!

The one other genuine performance our MODs here exercise is the fact that we try to remain objective and fair and equally impartial with members views and/or opinions.

Having reminded of this repeatedly, when an action to edit or delete is executed, it is owed to an act of rational judgment and spontaneity.

Whatever may be incriminating or unapproved, subject to RC TOS ruling, it is and was done (moderated) in a full and correct manner judged there & then as deemed necessary.

We move on from there, as the next day or hour is a new chapter altogether, for our MODs to deal and maintain harmony within our Forum, no exception and no reason for recollection, I trust all went well and remain respected as of then.

You are right, its been a year, and it went by in a blink, wonder how it felt to Bryan and Sharon, like an eternity. I cannot even imagine a business owner with millions of our money and he didn't even have a legal defense fund set up. The more I think about it, and reflect, the more I know, he was a total scammer from start to finish, a real master of deceit.

He was a figment of his own imagination, thought he was GOD, immune to legal issues, as I saw first hand when I tried to give him legal advice on all the cease and desist orders, as did others, and he listened to no one. A real sign he was clueless about running an international business with millions of dollars of our money in his greedy hands.

You are spot on as usual my friend. I gotta admit, PIPS was one hell of a cool scam though!! It only bit me for a small amount but I must admit that I sure enjoyed following the spreadsheet for THAT one!! I personally realized that it was a true scam when I attended the function in Hawaii and was able to read Bryan in person.

You are right, in Vegas he was full of confidence, didn't blink, yet in HI, he looked sick, so he said it was food poisoning, but like you, I sensed it was more than food that was grinding inside him. He knew full well that his scam was over well before convention date.

Yes, it was fun dreaming about the possibilities, but we all know now it was all BS. Well, we will all know just how much BS when this trial starts, and then hopefully the remaining loyalists will wake up and see what he really was, a calculating greedy scammer right from the start like every other HYIPster on the internet.

Hi Mayor, please PM me to let me know which working email addy you normally use for serious matters and I shall send a request to you thru the PayPal Business acct which will pave the way easily for you to donate. Please take note!

Should you have posted recently announcing your donation and having DONE so, but did not include your RC user name in the transaction memo script, it will then not show as listed by me, after I have painstakingly searched from the back office of the accounts.

If you wish your user name to replace the name I have listed, you then need to PM and provide me the screen shot of your transaction copy as proof to match what I have.

It also is not a surprise, for there are, and will certainly still be, for some to post claiming they "donated" and added a fictitious transaction ID when there is no trace to be found.

Hence, if your RC user name does not appear as it should, please do what I just suggested and again, if for those who does NOT wish to be included in the category of "assumed donors as proclaimed" by postings from those that did, do what is necessary to help me segregate your genuine gesture & deed and to list it accordingly with the Fund List.
