Well, they worked pretty darn good at the convention, let me tell you. It helped BM buy a good 2 months of time as people were telling each other on the PIPS Forum "Bryan said at the convention our bank in Cambodia will come online in about 60 days". The dangled carrot-like possibility of VAT being the solution to the WD woes helped as well ("the billions of $'s are there, we just can't get them to you because of the evil banks").

Thelema, in your assessment you have to consider the situation in 2004 with the drastically different one in '05. PIPS looked so convincing in 2004. The fact is 2% COMPOUNDING does not even work for one person over the long run, let alone 80,000 accounts.

Desp ite BM's assurances/lies about the longevity of the program, imho, PIPS was never planned to be a long term program. He would find someone to blame, close it and then come up with a new program and be yet again seen as a saviour and genius.

He has now landed himself in a "comfort zone" which is quite and actually, for his own safety literally (tongue-in-cheek) and if that too can be considered a blessing in disguise to another ingenious plan he had up his sleeve... we have to accept it too...lets and see how long he serve the duration on that.

Yes, silent majority does. Few ignorant morons are still left on forums bashing Pips, but deep in their soul still waiting for return. Most others find no intelligent reason hanging around on forums in useless discussions ,instead choose to get involved in other important businesses, till waters are cleared.

As for faith, let's place that where it has its place. PIPS was either a solid business or it was a mirage made up of smoke and mirrors running on faith. To invest your money properly you need DD and to ask questions not faith. As for the trial, if you still think the Malaysian authorities are not going to follow through on what they have started on since 2004, you sure need to wake up, climb down from that cloud and smell the coffee.
