What difference does it make? Can you spend or invest something that you can't prove exists.

It does not exist, to the investor, if the investor can't use his supposed "assets" be it cash, gold or otherwise.

The lack of use by the investor is the substantial evidence you seek

Good question. Boatman do not have proof of any, just assumptions same as Owen. Funny is how Boatman call it Owen's statement factual.

The best thing is wait for court and not throwing predictions.

Have you made life better for you family?
Have you donated money to those that can't help them self's
Have you started a foundation called " Chin-Lee' to cure all ills?

Most of us would like to know that too and the person who is in custody and someday be made to account for that will speak up.... as we can't rely on the answers CL is trying to play down with positive statements speculated by his own version however, once the trial is underway, we all hope to have some concrete answers to it... and I think it would be helpful too if you may consider in helping "fund" that initiative by ROLClub, to track and monitor and uncover in the least expensive way, on events leading to the trial of the Marsdens!

Most important that the trial is covered. Even if the money laundering charges are the only charges addressed. It will put an end to all this speculation.
