Pictures were great.

It has been some time now, slightly more than a week, since much was focussed here however, some "other" circumstances has taken over but that has not kept theBat$ from being idle.

He spent other valued hours to present us a befitting poster-banner and we, as Admins have decided to let it merge with our threads.

We hope you approve and like the simple but it also showed powerful pointers included in the layout and should you wish to pass it on to others to help inform them as an email link/attachment, be please to do so.

Very true. However, as they say, karma can be a *****. Wouldn't wanna be in their shoes.

One hopes that Spiceman did not mean to describe Malaysia in those terms, my guess is he's probably never visited it.

Spiceman, it sadens me that after all that has happened and come to light you still place hopes with this man. I do hope that things will turn out well for you and the kids.

I have not been reading all the recent history, but thought a discovery I learnt in Canada might be useful information. I had always worried about "Money Laundering" and the problem of reporting (snitching) on a client that "could be" money laundering, etc.

I attended a seminar put on by a major insurance company in Canada, and learnt the following. We were told who to report to, and what to tell them, etc. All we were required to do was to advise the government reference that a recent transacrion "could be" money laundering, but we really don't know. That would clear us for any future involvement should a money laundering action take place. Our report would be entirely confidential, and have no negative effect on our relationship. Rather like telling the police you saw a car that "might" fit the description of one reported stolen. Then again it might not! Such an easy and painless procedure, and it is possible that the same applies in the U.S. since so many of our financial laws are mirror copies of U.S. ones.

I wonder if the Marsden's were aware of these facts and how easy and painless it is to comply? Interesting!

As a sociopath, as MrDome pointed out, these mentally disabled people think rules and regulations don't apply to them, hence, Marsden never bothered with any compliance issues, more or less ignoring them. When all Cease and Desist orders were flooding in, I advised him how to handle them, and he did nothing, ignored sound advice from many, and this was the turning point for me, I knew he was a sicko from that point on.

Excuse me? They are the ones who laundered and embezzled to their heart's content and that is how all those millions ended up in bank accounts in their name, and that is what BNM found and is the reason they are in jail now, awaiting a trial filled with witnesses and paper evidence.

It is NOT about payments PIPS took in from us.

From the very start, this was BM's plan. Don't think for a minute that he was so mentally challenged not to understand that PIPS would come crashing down just like all the other "opportunities" he had started before. Some would gain and become his cheerleaders, whoever lost, he did and does not care one iota about, the sticky lucre ending up with him and Sharon was his prize money.

Well, sorry, Bryan John Marsden, it does not always work that way. Some do get caught, you know.

I will be closing this thread and a string of others as well that are rather repetitive and only leads to confusion and disarray for returning members wanting to trace or track related posts concerning the current development some call it a stupid saga, a farce and even a silly & endless waste of time, well whatever anyone feels opinionated by their individual viewpoints or argument, the Trial on the Mardsens is NOT over and far from closure hence, a main sticky thread will cater to that attention

Any further new threads open just for the sake of an individual's ignorance to the progress surrounding the Marsdens or the Trial or anything else on PIPS or PicPay and all the parties involved will find their newly created thread deleted. Issues related to the past and further back in the past, will be posted in the above thread, click that and stay there with your submitted posts please. This is a start of some pruning and spring cleaning on the PIPS related Forum.
