Default Just in... while theBat$ makes his way home.

Moderator theBat$ has just submitted his Seremban submission from today's hearing as scheduled and as he makes his journey for home, I will leave him to post his follow up summary and conclusion that will add more details to his cover on the trial, both before and after while at the premises of the Court building.

I will also add, that we earlier wished and wanted theBat$ to make this journey somehow and to gather the necessary news that is expected to occur and I am glad, he took the initiative to do so despite a short breakdown on communication owed to technical drawbacks on the side of the Malaysian connection with and towards the Court which almost became futile when little or no response was gain for him to make a sound conclusion, hence, the inevitable decision and journey taken at the 11th hour.

We all wish him a safe journey home from here on. It will be severalhours later that a complimentary follow up post by him shall appear...so, stay around for more!!!

Report on today's proceeding 1st June
    -------------------------------------
    1. Arrived in Seremban in the wee hours of the morning at 4am
    2. At 8.15 I arrived at court.
    3. I walked to Court X, there was no mention of BM's hearing. My heart sank.
    4. I checked court W,Y and Z but turn out nothing.
    5. I went back to Court X. It was very hot this morning. I checked the court staff entrance for any notices but there was none.
    6. It was then that I saw DPP Syed, it was a sign and raised my hopes that there could still be a hearing.
    7. 10 mins before 9am, I met the court intrepeter which let me in. he is the one I met on my 1st trip. I asked him whether or not BM had a hearing he said yes. I chatted with him a while.
    8. BM and SM was brought in soon after together with a child rapist and robber.
    9. They wore the same clothes as the last time.
    10. At 9.00am, BM's lawyer swaggered into court like a Hollywood star complete with sunshades. Waived and said "Hi" to the Marsdens and went over to shake and talk to the DPP Syed.
    11. After that he came over to see them. He seemed upbeat. BM and SM managed a smile.
    12. Judge Tuan Alaudeen entered the court at 9.15am
    13. The two cases came up 1st. When the time came this is what the judge said.

"I have reviewed the affidavit, the submissions and the counter arguments from both parties and I have also reviewed their credibility. As I recall the bail had been reduced from $500,000 to $400,000 (same judge) and the date of the trial has been set. So I am denying this motion."

    14. The Lawyer left then the DPP and then me.

My next posting will include my chat with
    1. Court Interpreter
    2. Policeman at the court

    Botman,
I hate it when people start throwing out generalisations - as you are doing.
Do not speak for me, bud.
For your information, I invested $38,000 in PIPS in Feb-June 2004. Not only did I get all my money back, I made a huge profit, too.
Yes, there were bottlenecks when expecting payouts, but that was because of the manual verification process. Plus, members were clogging up the system by requesting payouts for as little as $1.
Anyhow, I used my PIPS money to refurnish my home with good quality furniture and I lived off it after that for more than 2 years!
I have now set up a MLM business with the balance, and it is bringing in a substantial income for me and my members.
None of which would have been possible without PIPS.

The downside? When PIPS closed down in mid-2005, I had a loan account of $2.7 million. I would love to get that money out, but it wasn't money I lost. I just didn't get it.

    Paul.

Just stating the facts, Bud. Something you seem to admit to and deny at the same time.

You had 2,7 mill which you don't have now but you didn't lose it you just can't use it.

That makes allot of sense..... Bud.... maybe you should try drinking one or two less, "Buds" before you write..
