    Default Get REAL Folks...

    Listen Folks…
BEFORE you agree to something that is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

HaveYOU EVER heard of such a thing as to SUE the Central Bank..???

You must remember that BNM is a governmental agency, and no one, especially lawyers are going to get anywhere with them….. NO matter what THEY say….

Have YOU ever heard of such a Case…?

And Besides…what did YOU agree to when signing UP in the First Place???

Did’nt YOU even Have To AGREE to the PIPS declaration on the bottom of the sign up page.

PIPS was a debenture, in such members were loaning funds to PIPs …

And YOU agreed to that PIPS could do as they felt, whether it be investments or putting funds into purchasing property or buying a franchise, or even Buy Property on the MOON… Not one of us had any legal say in the day to day operations of PIPS.

SO….to collect FUNDS for hiring a Lawyer will not get far, sure a lawyer will take YOUR money and then just tell you the same information...YOU will have to wait on a statement from the BNM…

    DON’T Believe ME…???

Well then TRY to find a SIMILAR Case in ANY Part Of the WORLD…IN ANY Country…
    WHERE…INFACT….Someone haver SUED a Central BANK…OR an Equal Entity…

    Just a thought…

    Default Is it that difficult?

First of all we don't need an attorney to file any kind of law suite against BNM, but we as a group do need an attorney to represent us as a group to make sure our finicial interest are being protected and that we are receiving update as the investigation progresses. Doesn't this seem logical.
It seems to me that this is simple.... are you willing to risk $5-$10 for possible answers to PIPS.

No guarantee of results... no guarantee of answers.... just an honest attempt with with action put out to universe that you want to know what is going on and/ or some sort of closure.

This "it's been a year" timeframe everyone keeps screaming about seems about usual for legal investigation.... at least for in the States.

There was the Free-Rent program of YEARS ago.... like the year 2000. It has JUST been released to finanicial retainers about 12 months ago... they have spent the last 6 months of that time trying to locate everyone who was involved.... Refunds (of whatever is left) is not expected to go out until maybe the end of 2006. SIX YEARS, folks to see final completion....maybe, if everything stays on schedule.

Keep your paperwork.... monitor the situation everyonce in a while and walk away... and maybe some day down the road... you'll get a nice surprise. That said, I repeat, its only $10... if you really feel the need to try and push buttons send the money... I really don't see it as affecting anyone else... like if one of us "rebels"... we will all be punished. (whatever)

Smile BNM will probably post some news on their site soon

With all of the latest witnesses meeting with officials, maybe BNM will post some updates soon on their website and we will all have an official answer to what is going on. It could take until first of year like predicted, but hopefully sooner.

    Default Don't do it.

Largo is right. You are not going to force the Central Bank to do anything. They are incharge now and will proceed at their own pace, whether we like it or not makes no difference to them. We will know when they let us know.

If nothing changes by the end of the year, would you still wait or take action?

I think the main issue is not how long it will take
for BNM to complete the investigation, but what can you achieve
if you use legal force against them.
Even if they maintain their current "speed" and drag the
investigation on, we just have to stay cool and wait it out...
But I believe they should have some official announcement
once in a while to update us of the situation.

But Bryan stated: "Ater the year that 2005 turned into, I know it may be hard for some to believe that 2006 will be any better. I can assure you however that by the time we reach christmas 2006 we will all have had an excellent year and the trials of 2005 will be long gone."
