Thread: How To Force BNM To Inform Pips Members

Papadoc, a number of times I have stated already and will do it here again: No lawyer, not even a Malaysian one can force, let alone prompt, a government investigation to reveal any information in an ongoing investigation. It just isn't going to happen. You have to wait for the end of the investigation.

Then, if the information that has been found warrants a court case, then this is the way it will go, and that is when lawyers enter the picture, and only then.

Unless you want to spend your money, only to find out the lawyer is stringing you along, charging while he can. Then, after some time, you will know that there is nothing a lawyer can get from the investigators. They are not allowed to reveal any info before a case gets to court, if it does.

In the meantime, you will have spent a fair amount of money, lawyers aren't cheap, getting no information. But, try it, if you will, and see if you can get what you are looking for. It's your money.

I have been watching the recent posts and I personally feel we should wait until BNM has finished all the investigations. We have waited this long, so a couple more months will not hurt us. Too much pressure on the investigation may prove negative. Has anyone tried contacting Tom Broadbridge at Animated Kids Bible about anything he may know? That was a Pips business at one time, but Tom may have to keep any info to himself. Just curious.

I think Bryan would of hired a whole heard of attorneys and he may have as I don,t think that he is dumb. From what i understand is that BMN is controlled by the World Bank and these programs that have large sums of money in them are put on hold by the world bank. If Bryan came back from clones and started PIPS giving everybody that was in clones an equal spot in Pips, I believe he is doing everything he can to get PIPS back in order.

I for one am so pleased that you got plenty out of PIPS....

Unfortunately there are plenty of members who have so far got SQUAT, but I'm glad you're OK though jack.

PRESSURE and FORCE is the best thing we could do to get things changed if someone doesn`t want change after dozens of negotiating failed, it must be type of pressure that they couldn`t bear, untill they surrender and say ok I`ll give up. Believe me 12 months of waiting and I`m sure it will go beyond that and celebrate our 2nd anniversary next year if we`re just sitting, talking and hoping situation will change, encourage ourself to make a step up and give them PRESSURESSSSSSSSSSS........until they surrendered. Drops of water by times can make a hole on a rock surface would you beleive that?

Interesting,

The only question I have is how much money and assets are accounted for with this long investigation. That is all I want to hear, period, how much money was there seized, and once this is known, we will all know PIPS or any other named entitiy are dead in the water forever. Some people want to put this behind them, some want to continue to hope and dream their lives away, but for me, I just want the truth, and it all revolves around the money seized, nothing else.

Heck, we have all had hope, and most have been happy to just wait, but wait how long, two years, three, or forever? As to hoping it will rise again under a different format, given the reference to "no one is going to lose money" which Bryan stated, so it appears some are hoping this will come true and we all start over again with $450. funded accounts? It all comes down to the money, and the sooner we know this, the sooner we can all put this hopes and dream buster behind us and move on.

I personally feel that BM isnt even a factor anymore as far as representing
the members, as far as im concerned Bryan Marsden abandoned us and he is
trying to cover his own behind at this point.
