'we do nothing' doesn't exist and if you do some research, you'll find at least a couple reports showing that (if you can believe what's been written on the forum) contrary to what I and many prefer (patience), there HAVE been plenty of people contacting BNM... from individuals to embassies... and probably lawyers as well.
But the info and effect of such inquiries just don't yield what those 'taking action' seem to expect... One *can* of course always think that one can do it better than others in the past... but I don't see why that would be the case...
Btw... BNM already sheduled a meeting with pipsters one of these days/weeks. Why not wait for that outcome first?

I have to admit... your post did put things into perspective for me---just because I don't see or hear about it, doesn't mean that it hasn't happened.

I can imagine all the PIPS members who don't read or post on these forums and have taken on matters beyond what we are seeing here.

Last Week We Had Pips Members That Where Going To Talking To Bnm , There Where Ask My Bnm, And Said Would Let Us Know . What Ever. So Why Don't We Wait Tell We Hear From Them. I Think We Should Do Somthing This Are Money. And I Put In Alot Of Money So Another 10.00 To Try Do Something Would Be Ok

One thing that those of us who are in the USA could do is compile a list of PIPS members and the priciple amounts that we invested, and one, or a small group, of us could approach the US Ambassador/Consulate to see if they would be able to assist us in getting information and applying pressure on BNM to resolve the case so that we can get our money back.
The US Government does have the responsibility to protect its citizens interests overseas, and thier are treaties in place with Malaysia to protect us from these types of matters and enforce the laws that protect us from fraud.

Considering that 1st we finish compiling a list of U.S. members and after
that we decide who would approach the U.S. Ambassador/Consulate, and then, once approached, they decide "if" they would be able to assist us?

Do you suppose that maybe they might be abit concerned with all of the
Ceast & Desist orders that currently are pending here in the U.S.?

How about if we concentrate firstly upon possible answers from those
that are currently involved in the BNM interviews?
