    Default Need email address PIPS helpdesk/Ticket system not wking

    Hi all,

    I am having all sorts of frustrations getting through to the PIPS helpdesk. I've created four separate trouble tickets and all four replies are responses to other people's questions and not mine. :?

    The replies quote the original question and the original question from other people say they are experiencing the same problem.

    I've tried faxing on the number provided and it doesn't work.

    All three lines to the Helpdesk are constantly busy.

    Does someone have an email address that I can send my problem through to the Helpdesk and know that it will get through?

    I'm trying to fix a PIPS mistake that set my account to 100% WD instead of 100% Reloaned for over 5 months after I double-checked my edit profile when I started up and made sure it was set to 100% WD.

    Instead of my units increasing from 17 to 102 from mid Jan to late June it stayed static for all that time and now I have to get them to fix it.

    Please someone help me to get through to the Helpdesk with an email address.

    I need a mail address to pips support. Today when i tried to login to my pips account i got an error message telling me that my username/password was not found.

    Sorry to hear your WD status was fixated at 100% WD. You SHOULD try, whatever it takes, to call instead and besides, if you are NOT connected, you are not charged, right?

    I have for my share, in solving a situation, stayed up (as extra determination) after midnight, right through to 10 am to solve 8 accounts just to get it set right...and left the rest for the next day...but I still got through despite.... which includes my direct calls made and being assisted online eventually.

    Why 24/24 hour service available? That's because, we are on the internet and at any one moment, while hundreds are brooding here on the forums or "building lumps on their potty", thousands more are getting through that "bottleneck" into that telephone switchboard which is man by two teams of 4 each per shift.

    Figure the odds and chances of yr calls getting through... but sheer timing and having a digital to snappy keying of your "redial" mode on your phone is your best help... believe me! Prepare all information by your phone, even have those documents that could substantiate your claims (you made copies didn't you???) and fax immediately if suggested, don't hang up until the Support lady gets back and confirm receipt... thats how many of us succeed... all part of being in this ballgame in the hope of cashing in more money.... 8)

    Default broken ticket system?

    I also experience the problem with the ticket system. Send in a ticket and get back someone else's question and an answer. Does anyone know if the problem has been identified and is it being corrected anytime soon. I am in the states, and only have a cell phone, I can't even call international on my phone so calling all night to the help desk isn't even an option.
    I hope they fix the ticket system.

    Hi islandguy,

    I'm surprised that your Hp is limited to calling others outside the USA. I guess, each State and server has their limitations to their packages.

    However, and since you can access the internet, here's a golden :idea:tip:idea: for you....try it and hopefully, that you have broadband as well. :) Grab hold of a Full duplex headphone or a cordless VOIP compatible handphone too, it would set you up and be ready to make your international calls. 8)

    Visit this site and sign up FREE, and if you will, create a second "paid" account that can override your cellphone's limited reach, open a prepaid SkypeOut acct and you can call even the King of Tonga... whenever he is skyping too of course... :lol: :lol:

    I just got international calling enabled on my phone, I looked up how much it cost to call Malaysia, its 3.49 dollars per minute, thats pretty rough but I guess its ok if you only get charged for the calls that get through.
    Thanks for the info about using the computer to make the calls, I will give a try.

    Islandguy..if you scoot down to your local convenience store you should find an array of different discount calling cards..ask the shopkeeper which is better for a mobile phone calling Malaysia. It shouldn't cost more than a few cents a minute.
