Need email address PIPS helpdesk/Ticket system not wking
Hi all,
I am having all sorts of frustrations getting through to the PIPS helpdesk. I've created four separate trouble tickets and all four replies are responses to other people's questions and not mine. :?
The replies quote the original question and the original question from other people say they are experiencing the same problem.
I've tried faxing on the number provided and it doesn't work.
All three lines to the Helpdesk are constantly busy.
Does someone have an email address that I can send my problem through to the Helpdesk and know that it will get through?
I'm trying to fix a PIPS mistake that set my account to 100% WD instead of 100% Reloaned for over 5 months after I double-checked my edit profile when I started up and made sure it was set to 100% WD.
Instead of my units increasing from 17 to 102 from mid Jan to late June it stayed static for all that time and now I have to get them to fix it.
Please someone help me to get through to the Helpdesk with an email address.
