STYLE: I will ingnore your attempts to vent emotionally. YOU CANNOT win a battle that you are trying to wage. Not with me. Not only are your motivations self destructive, you continually expose yourself to the membership as to what you really are. Your first answer was sufficient. Did you need to really roll in the mud? To answer your question, you truly can't be this naive, or this ignorant of business. Can you actually say that just because Mr. Marsden didn't foresee internal fraud, incompetance and willful neglect OR BNM walking through the door, that this justifies your position? Tell me, Style, when will you be audited by the IRS? When will a tornado rip down your block? When will your house/car/personal space be violated by crime? And you still haven't answered how you know that "your" money is gone.

To everyone else, I was alluding to the "computer crashes" which plagued Pips in 2004, and again in 2005, but you have brought up interesting points. YB, you also have to add into this mix the shysters that were taking money from people and not funding an account with their own Picpay. But most of this came later.

If a Pioneer could step in here...........I do believe that early on there were communication issues, operational issues.........and they were cleared up in due time? This is 2002 and 2003 I believe.

We aren't quite done laying the groundwork for the current issues. Almost, but not quite.

Where / when did the first hand enter the pot? Who utilized personal funds to see the program restored...

Here, I think the thoughts must go back a long ways to see if a link to the present is visible..

Nice thread Arcturus and worthy of exploration of all known facts, not
to prove a point but rather enlighten and refresh what has gone before
stands true and proud for all PIPsters, Bryan and his staff.

The amount of discontent, rumours, nayslayers and downright liars may
be likened to a variable in an unsolved equation. We need to point out
where the fixed values ly, then members can work out the answer for
    themselves.

To start we have to go back to the begining Of PIPs.
Some 6 to 8+ thousand members had their way paid into the new PIPs
programme. All former members of the Golden Womb Clone Matrix System.
    2800 members per Clone Matrix.
It cost each member approx $350 t0 $600 to join that programme, which
ran for approx 10 months and paid out monthly commissions.
For those members who earned no commission, the monthly fee
    was PAID FOR THEM.....FACT.
Where did that money come from???
It cost Bryan $425 each member to start them off in the New PIPs
    programme, broken down as per:
    Matrix MM1 = $425 per member
    Matrix MM2 = $425 per member
Matrix MM3 and MM4 = $150 the first month, the following two months
paid by the member and offset by ROI already earned.
I had 2 MM3 positions, and when the time came for payment, I only
had to find $23 for both accounts.
All original PIPs members then, had an account..PAID by PI...FACT
Let me ask now, where did that money come from to pay all that
    start up???
Now it doesnt take rocket science to work out the the outgoings
from PI just happened to be more than the incomings from members
    ...FACT

Sometime in July/Aug of 2003, the originally 2% was introduced
to all members of PI. dOnt forget that Bryan was already well
    versed in the investment industry.
Let me quote from my old email stock of PI and GoldenWomb
    correspondence:

"" WITHDRAWING COMMISSION OR INVESTING IT INTO PI INVESTMENT
    PROGRAMS:

AS OF MAY 2ND, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LOG INTO YOUR MEMBERS AREA
    AND "REQUEST AVAILABLE FUNDS" WEEKLY.

ONCE YOU START EARNING COMMISSION FROM YOUR CLONE POSITIONS,
JUST MAKE SURE NOT TO WITHDRAW ALL YOU SEE THERE, AS YOU NEED TO
HAVE FUNDS IN YOUR PI ACCOUNT TO COVER MONTHLY INSTALLMENT FEES.

THIS FEATURE CUTS COMMISSION PAYMENT WORK FOR PI IN HALF AND YOU
CAN NOW WITHDRAW PI EARNINGS TO EITHER YOUR LB ACCOUNT, E-GOLD
OR E-BULLION ONCE A WEEK INSTEAD OF WAITING ONCE A MONTH.

THIS IS PARTICULARLY ADVANTAGEOUS FOR MEMBERS WHO INVEST IN THE
2% FIXED DEPOSIT INVESTMENT SCHEME AND LATER, OTHER PI
    INVESTMENT PROGRAMS TO BE LAUNCHED.

PLEASE NOTE, THAT GWO DOES NOT PROVIDE INFO, SUPPORT OR ADVICE
ON TO THE PI INVESTMENT PROGRAMS. YOU MUST CONTACT PI SUPPORT ON
ANY QUESTIONS OR ISSUES RELATED TO THESE PROGRAMS.

WE DO HOWEVER ENCOURAGE MEMBERS TO PARTICIPATE IN PI'S
INVESTMENT PROGRAMS, AS THEY ARE FORMIDABLY SECURE IN THAT ALL
FUNDS ARE PROTECTED BY THE PI, MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT LICENSED
TRUST ACCOUNT. FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT YET KNOW IT, MALAYSIA IS
THE LEADING ASIAN COUNTRY IN INTERNATIONAL ECONOMICAL COMMERCE
    INFRASTRUCTURE.

THIS MEANS THAT NO ONE CAN STEAL YOUR INVESTMENT CAPITAL, AS IS
OFTEN THE CASE WITH UNLICENSED OR NON-GOVERNMENT REGULATED
INVESTMENT PROGRAMS. THE RISKS ARE THE USUAL UPS AND DOWNS OF
TRADING, SO LEARN TO OPERATE IN SUCH PROGRAMS SAFELY.

IN THE 2% PROGRAM, YOUR INVESTMENT WILL BE TIED UP FOR 180 DAYS,
BUT YOU CAN WITHDRAW YOUR PROFITS WEEKLY. THIS ENABLES YOU TO
RECOUP THE AMOUNT YOU INITIALLY INVESTED AND THEN LET PROFITS
    CONTINUE EARNING.

YOU CAN ALSO REINVEST YOUR PROFITS TO INCREASE THE PRINCIPLE
INVESTMENT AND EARN COMPOUND INTEREST. TO ADD YOUR PROFITS, YOU
NEED TO SEE "AVAILABLE FUNDS" IN YOUR MEMBERS AREA AND REINVEST
THE AMOUNTS YOU WANT ADDED TO THE 2% PROGRAM FROM THERE ""

Just a few observations from this.
You will note that members were adviced not to withdraw all
earnings since the monthly fee was withdrawn from this account.
No commission....the fee was PAID FOR YOU.
Although the capital was tied up for 6 months, you could still
withdraw your daily ROI if you wished.
What do you think this means...ALL
FUNDS ARE PROTECTED BY THE PI, MALAYSIAN GOVERNMENT LICENSED
    TRUST ACCOUNT.
Dont you know that this same trust is in place for the PIPs
    Investment programme...FACT.

Here then we have the foundation of PIPs. No POZI because if
you run the figures it does not compute.
No scam merchant running of with funds that were his in
    the first place.
We could start to withdraw funds from day one if we so wanted,
although only a small sum, it was still ours if we wished.
The fact that we left those funds alone helped PIPs grow and
expand its operations, bring in new staff, start up the Mortgage
and car payment plans....why the heck do you think all pioneers
    are so protective?
Bryan Marsden is a visionary. He is also a very caring person,
not only in his charitable work, but towards all the members.
He is not perfect, nor would I wish him to be so, many areas do
need more care and attention. But weight the man for what he has
accomplished, will accomplish when this is all over.
    Best wishes
    paddy

    Does anyone remember this:

I think it was early 2005, picpay debit card withdrawals were ahead of bank wires so Bryan stopped debit card withdrawals because he said it was unfair
to people with pending bank wires.

Paddy, I think we got the beginning nailed.... Call it the big bang theory, if you will.

So let me get this straight.. BM utilized his own funds to start up the new pips... All to ensure members did NOT lose funds they previously put in?

Wait, if he put funds in for these folks, what happened to the funds that were previous to Pips? Who was in control of that program? (*hint, not Bryan.)

Well, well, well, this is getting exciting..

Paddy, lad, 2 toasts to you tonight. You are making this too easy. I almost drooled on my keyboard. But let me see this from another angle for a second.......

BM must have had this all planned from the beginning just so he could steal my money. So, in the late 90's he dreamed up this scheme so that I (and many others) would cough up enough cash in 2004 and 2005 so that he could hide it behind the shed and live the rich life. Yeah, that's it! Oh, wait, Bryan stole our money but he doesn't have any. Well.....that puts a damper on things.......but wait! Maybe Sharon.................

    [That was all sarcasm, btw]

    Next question:

In late 2004 and early 2005, WHO was doing the bulk of the "operational communications" with members?

Aaaahhh, theee "computer crashes"...I didn't think that was much of a concern, it sure was a growing WART but I felt the due rise in seizing the loophole by those deliberately abusing the CC sign up funding and hitting the back door chargeback claims was onto something....of a RAMPAGE that hit the CHEST and it wasn't long for Bryan to feel "that PINCH"....however, concede I will...to the stinging pain in the neck coming off from the servers....

Sure thing it is & mindful to remind many about the new servers costing ALOT....of $$$$$s.

Go ahead Arc...there's plenty more to address and the rude awakening for those simply being unaware about the nitty-gritty...

OIC: Not ignoring you, but your point comes a little further down the line. Paddy has provided the base, and YB has graciously reminded us that some memories have been pushed back. I believe, OIC, that you can add to this discussion.

Still waiting for some of the more vocal voices of dissention, though. I don't want to present both sides, and I may (out of personal deference) omit certain items because I may not lend to them the weight another may (such as the "I ain't got my money yet" mantra). They, too, have a bearing on this discussion.

    Funny,

Yes, that was a real kicker which made no sense at all at the time. If anyone thought anything was unfair, then they could make the decision to change methods of withdrawal, but why sacrafice what was working for what obviously wasn't working, the banks. Thanks for the memories, and the laugh over logics some use to justify whatever they want. (g)

    Good luck to all, Mike
