    1. Did PI/Pips payout in the past?
    2. Did PI/Pips contribute to Humanitarian causes?

I'm making this very easy, and I would ask you to keep your eye on the ball. We are starting at the beginning (which is usually the best thing) and we will move forward. ASSUMING that you can keep from mumbling your current mantra, I believe that together, we can make some sense out of this.

BTW: These are "Yes" or "No" questions. Just so there is no confusion.
    1. Did PI/Pips payout in the past? To the best of my knowledge yes, for a short time. But dont most all programs (*****) pay for a little while?
    2. Did PI/Pips contribute to Humanitarian causes? I have no proof either way on this, so this I cant answer yes or no to. But there seems to be some evidence floating around that the water purifyer thing NEVER HAPPENED!

    From ArcturusI

Things are going to start to get a little deeper, next. The answers won't necessarily be cut and dried, and there may be more than one answer. For instance:

What was the first 'major' stoppage in operations? (That is to say, what happened in early 2004?)

Uncontrollable merchants mass withdrawal from processing bank, which slowed down everybody withdrawal request.

This situation made chain reaction, with also Gary not doing his job right and not handling situation by addressing issues fast enough.

Bank stop process of payments, problem start to rise and rest followed.

It may be some more factors but I do not have a details.

YES, Keep it clean. Initializing profanity is the same as profanity. There's no need for it in our discussions...EW

BUT what was the ONLY reason given for us NOT to receive what we were supposed to? Something to the effect of an economic meltdown I believe, which clearly has not happened, so that tired ole' line can be tossed right out the window. It never stated that at "some point they might just stop paying" as one of the possibilities that we would lose our money!!! NOT ONCE WAS THIS EVER MENTIONED!!!

Newlife, I believe your answers to this question are acturaaly what happened in 'early 2005'.......not early 2004..

I did not join PIPS until fall of 2004 so not sure what the early 2004 major stopage was.

Nor was the statement that Bank Negara was going to stop pips from running posted, but it did happen. Was Bryan supposed to know they would step in and make that post?

I am sorry, my statement was meant in late 2004 not early 2005. In early 2004, as I recall was finding proper proccesing bank. I think that was issue that time, and correct me if I am wrong. My memory does not recall details that far.

That early gradual stoppage were the start of reeling in those buggars with the chargebacks through fraudulant abuse of CC usage... as early as August 2004!!!

    1. Yes, PI and the previous programs were MLM's, the top members were paid from the bottom levels ones. PIPS paid for a while, we don't know if the money came from the return of investment or from other members.

    2. Yes, probably not so much as pretended. The money for Humanitarian aid was a percentage of members return. While the donations kept going out, members received no money.
