By making these kind of unofficial statements people are getting more confused.

Why would the Norwegian embassy get special treatment and info?

Best to wait for official word on all of this.

If, and its a big IF, it were true i didn't see the words SCAM or PONZI in there.

I'm still in Bryans corner and would urge people not to try and prosecute, it will slow down things even more.

    Nothing new here.
Even if what is stated is true and I have problems accepting that this was all told to a rep from a foreign embassy, but even if it was, it is only logical that they couldn't condicate much from BM personally.
Like BM always stated, he didn't have a high compensation.
Funds of pips wouldn't be earning the 2% profits in MY so yes, on the question that was posed in the message, the answer would be as it was.

I am with Largo here. I find it strange that someone from an embassy would report in this form. Specifically where it is in this paraphrased form (unless that norwegian embassy rep was a member of pips).
    Regards,

Why would the Norwegian embassy get special treatment and info?

No special treatment, if you will ask your embassy for assistance they will get the same information. Our embassy got similiar information.

...money laundering and illegal deposit taking....
If it will be true, Pips will have no chance to restructure I am afraid.
Or on condition, Bryan will prove is able to pay pending withdrawals and refund money to investor who earned nothing. Or something like this.

Thi comment reminds me of traveling in Germany with a group of young musicians from Colorado. One young woman made repeated sarcastic remarks about the native German's sometimes fractured English. I asked her if she had ever even tried to learn a few words of German, and she just looked at me like I was an *****. "Of course not. Everyone should know English." Norwegian is a jawbreaker, and that's the truth. I've visited there, and even though I am a fair linguist, it just flows over me like water. That's no excuse to refer to someone else's native tongue as gibberish.

isn't it funny that both gins and pips are going through the same kinda thing?

they are reflections of each other...it just goes on while getting more hopeless.

i think it's fairly clear that both had some dirt under the carpet, so to speak. maybe just a speck but that's all it takes.

tho, they both seemed to have intended to be around for the long haul.

why they'd attempt anything like this without the proper licenses is beyond me. so shame on me for not finding that out before investing.

    Default pips

All of this is just so confusing, what i don't understand is awhile back when bryan was posting all the time he made comment about pips and that the year 2006 would be great and that by end of year we would all have had a good year. Something just doesn't seem right to me. Personally in my own opinion i'm not sure pips will be back. Seems longer this goes on doesnt seem likely. And no i'm not trying to be a troll either just saying how i feel. I've considered all my money lost when this first happened. At this point i just want my $6K back. And yes i know about not investing more than you can lose, etc. And no i'm not hurting to point where i can't live without this money. But nobody wants to just hand their money over and lose it. Anyway i know i'll never see this money again, i've moved on from pips and involved with other ventures. I've learned a valuable lesson that's for sure this past year. I no longer risk my money like that, no more hyips, autosurfs any of that. Just too risky for my blood, i prefer real legitimate businesses.
Good luck to everyone and may bryan prove us wrong and come back. Here's hoping.

From what they did confiscate. If I interpret it correctly, BNM didn't seize all the assets belonging to Bryan.
