Legal action will only make you poorer. Bryan has no access to the money. Do you think you are going to sue Bank Malaysia and win? NOT! No what you will do is cause not months more of delays, but years or decades more of delays. Now that's a real smart move. NOT!

OK anything is possible, but I give you about the same amount of possible as diving for quarters to get rich at the bottom of the ocean.

But not in writing, it must be someone in Malaysia who will

I dont think we really achieve anything at this stage. legal action against whom ?. I prefer to wait till the judgement from the court.

I beg to differ. You see, we are not a party in any way or form in the dealings between Pips and BN.
We have just loaned some money to Pips that's all.
We therefore aren't a party in the procedure.

Also, IF the legal reps would give information (and I know for sure they won't) we all know what happens next.
Information leads to more questions, opinions, distortion etc.

It will not help us (all those that have a financial interest in the return of pips) at all.

Never think of a legal action against Bryan,
just keep waiting. he is doing everything he can. yes communication is not good from his side but we all know his situation.
please this is a request. do not proceed with legal action.
