very nice post krisark....i agree with hesitatenot...i too believe that the feelings expressed in ur statement r shared by quite a few pipsters...I for one....i have never been a pom pom person as per say..but i have nothing against those who feel that way....i just try to look at facts...and in what has transpired over the last year or so....again krisark....a very nice statement....Pat

I guess it was just "one of those nights" and the old fingers kept typing...I have been a very strong cheerleader for PIPS, etc...since I joined and am hoping that "By Christmas 2006" as BM has posted that we will ALL have FORGOTTEN about PIPS in 2005! I feel and believe that "things" will workout for the best for all of us...until then! Have the best 2006 of your life...I have JCM tickets for LaCrosse in April. Maybe by then BON and BM will have shown all of us the light at the end of this very LONG tunnel?!?!?!?!? I certainly am hoping!

I`m usually not posting in forums, but now I feel like the time has come. The big question is - are anyone of the guys going to remember the convention at all ?...lol
Next to that I read all post where BM is the author, and I`m trying to figure out what he exactly mean by his post`s. I`ve still not come to any conclusion.
BUT...... there is one thing thoug that I wondering about, and here it goes.

According to BM there is a team of legal representatives that handling the case for BM towards BoN. If they represents BM / PICPAY / PIPSinc they also represents us. I feel that we - the members should get information about who these representatives (firm) are, and the members should form a group of people (3-4) who could keep in touch with the legal representatives. This contact will not influence the work of BoN, as long as it is a communication between legal repr. and the members repr. Perhaps we can get some knowlegde of where the case is at, if the legal team need more funds to continue their work.. etc. For all we know there`s maybe nothing that`s beeing done because of insufficient funds due to the "frozen accounts".

The next problem to ovecome is how to get this information out to the members, without the trolls copying and posting on other forums.
But that`s another problem that I leave to others to cope with.

The way I see it is that this case has three partitions, and if the members stick together we should have something to say. In fact, we did invest in a company that was totally legal, and in no problems at all. Later there was issued some C&D orders in different US states regarding the security funds, but still our investments was legal, and as long as PIPS has not filed bankrupsy - we as investors / members should have the right to now whats going on.
