    Default legal action

    To dear pipsters,

Just to seek your opnions on whether or not I should carry out legal action toward picpay pending withdrawal which I have all transaction records.

Is it possible to claim back amount in picpay?

seek your kind suggestions before taking legal action.

Thank you for your kind sharing.

Not a good idea. You will only slow things down for everyone
else. We are all in the same boat. You are not the only one that
has a pending withdrawal. Hold on to your hat and please don't delay
    things further.

    Hi prefershop,

How do you think of chance of getting picpay money back ?

The investigation might take another 4 or 6 months or more we dont know.

And the situation of pips not seems positive.

Please do not take legal action until the investigation is over. Anyway how do you know the situtation with PIPS is not good? We have no evidence to make this conculsion. My advice is to wait for the outcome and then see what action needs to be taken. Reading all the posts I feel that we will have an answer from BN soon.

    Hey mmm...

I certainly have been one of BM's biggest supporters and cheerleaders. But, it's Valentines day and guess what? Nothing new with the lotto, PIPS, BON, picpay, the list goes on. So, I say if you chose to proceed with legal action that's your choice and as Tiger Woods says before he hits his next shot, be commited and believe in your swing. I for one will not deter you from your mission.

It's unfortunate that BON has not finished their investigation and as we've all read, their "almost" done. Well they've been almost done for months. It's been posted that it will be a rough time through the end of the year. Yes, it WAS! It's the new year and nothing has changed. We were told the lotto site would be up and running last month...last month. It's this month. I am very tired, it's late, but the uneasy feeling I have inside me compells me to keep typing.

I can't believe there is no word or announcement about the situation. But, in surfing the world of the internet I have found so many articles for and against PIPS. I will say, very good friends of mine who introduced me to PIPS were paid every month for over a year up to and including January of 2005. They convinced me that it was a viable company and a good investment. So, I invested. As I do my taxes I will be writing off the investment (not a loan) into PIPS as a loss for 2005. This is the only good news I can share at the moment. Do I still have HOPE? YES! Do I still BM will come through for the thousands? of members who invested, YES! Am I counting on this income? NO! But, like all investments I have not put myself or family into a financial situation that will "put us under". I actually invested the money to sponsor a high school girls AAU basketball team. I ended up paying for the team with my own funds. But, that's another story in and of itself. Am I looking for sympothy? NOPE! I am just typing away thinking back a year ago when I thought I was going to be receiving my picpay checks after building up my account. My first purchase was a ring for my lovely wife of 18 years! She's always wanted a larger stone, nothing fancy just a bit larger. Then financing the AAU team! Yes, my daughter is on the team and they had a fantastic year. It was a spring/summer to remember all the while hoping for that picpay check. When my picpay card came in the mail...it was a grand ole day for me. I thought finally, they have everything straightened out and the withdrawals will start. Heck even the $2,000 max per day was good enough for me. February turned into March, then April, May, June, July, August...BAM! The PIPS world exploded and we were told it would be a rough time through the end of the year. Let me say, it's still a rough time and it's almost March (close enough for me anyway)...I am going to have a special Valentine with my wife tomorrow and then watch my daughter play in her HS game! I look back and the humbling experience of the past year lets me really appreciate what I have...my family, friends and life.

I hope BM is on the "up and UP" and that he does what he has posted. But, I am on the outside looking in and am no longer on the inside looking out. It's sad because I was really looking forward to buying the first round for everyone at the convention....and let me tell you I COULD! and I will if BM pulls this one out. But, I must admit that I am very disappointed that nothing has been posted of late after the excitement and fever pitch posts that BM has posted over the last few weeks. I thought, new year, new outcome! It's a new year...but, I am creating the new outcome. I want to thank the many individuals I have met here at the ROLCLUB for their advice, honesty and posts. NO I'M NOT LEAVING...But, I am handing over my POM POMS to the other cheerleaders. I am a PIPS supporter, heck, I need to follow my own advice and posts afterall don't I? YES, I DO!

THANKS FOR LETTING ME RAMBLE! I'm not even going to re-read this post or check it for spelling or grammical errors...I just needed to post to get this feeling out of my system before I spend a Valentine's day with my wife and family!

I HOPE EVERYONE WILL HAVE A SPECIAL DAY ON THIS VALENTINE'S DAY! BM AND SHARON TOO! 36 hours a day deserves a break sometimes...please don't be offended...but, we've all waited this long waiting an extra day will not deter the one's that are commited...so, take the day off Bryan! Hug your wife and please send us all a positive post this Valentine's day!

    With all my respect Bryan!

And you think that taking legal action will get you your funds in the next 30 days? or will get picpay frozen for the next 5 years or so!
    C'mon my friend...you cannot be serious...surely

Have you never heard of what has happenned to past programs that were paying but got taken down by the courts in the past?
Did anyone get their monies back after?

I hope you can live with your actions afterwards!

    Default legal action

Sounds like whatTroll's would do to cause more trouble and delay things even further; who knows with more delaying tactics `platt` may even sell 2 or 3 of his trash.
Please wait there is nothing to gain from stupid negative actions.

Question I Donot Think Its A Good Ideal

Why must people even think about legal action? Bryan, has dug us all into a DEEP HOLE and still no answers. What will get his attention, legal action I don't think so. Unless you live in Malaysia, I don't, believe you have a snow ball chance in H-LL of getting anywhere. I have stated time and time again that this is internalional law and unless you have some VERY DEEP POCKETS you are just out of luck.

But as with anything the choice is always yours.
