Well ,I am not troll or naysayer.I been waiting time and again ,again and again for Bryan good news but always get twisted in the end.
I believe majority of pipsters get tiresome of this situation.
You know.When refer back to Bryan post list I feel pity for him and my heart tell me "Give a person a chance while he is faith and truth.And only that he in lack of goodluck.This is not what he expect to see pips situation after all."

Thanks all my pipsters,I will wait until JUNE .Another 4 months time,hope some news from prosecutors.

mmm, don't worry there is no shortage of people wanting
to start legal action, I am sure there is already people
placing claims with lawyers all over the world.
This will certainly gum up the works but some times
people have to go with their "gut feelings" I guess

Not a good idea. When we didn't hear from BM, that would seem like a good direction to take but even then I did in my post advised caution.

So, my gut tells me to wait until BON or BN has clearly stated that WE (all pipsters) have no other choice other than.

Untill that sad day comes or if ever, hold on.

Go ahead, but you might just as well throw away or burn you money.
The thing is that the picpay operation is under investigation.
The papers served will end up (if you are lucky) on a stack of papers with BNM and they will certainly not help you.

Certainly not a good idea that will at the most do a disservice instead of helping you to get funds.

I don't think this is a good idea. I can tell you that anytime lawyers and governments get involved the time waiting goes up. As members, we've waited and waited for the Malaysian government to clean this up and I believe they will. I also believe they are dragging their feet over minor issues just to do so.

By adding another "legal authority" to the mix, you can pretty much kiss yours and my loan goodbye.

They convinced me that it was a viable company and a good investment. So, I invested. As I do my taxes I will be writing off the investment (not a loan) into PIPS as a loss for 2005. This is the only good news I can share at the moment. Do I still have HOPE? YES! Do I still BM will come through for the thousands? of members who invested, YES! Am I counting on this income? NO! But, like all investments I have not put myself or family into a financial situation that will "put us under". I actually invested the money to sponsor a high school girls AAU basketball team. I ended up paying for the team with my own funds. But, that's another story in and of itself. Am I looking for sympothy? NOPE! I am just typing away thinking back a year ago when I thought I was going to be receiving my picpay checks after building up my account. My first purchase was a ring for my lovely wife of 18 years! She's always wanted a larger stone, nothing fancy just a bit larger. Then financing the AAU team! Yes, my daughter is on the team and they had a fantastic year. It was a spring/summer to remember all the while hoping for that picpay check. When my picpay card came in the mail...it was a grand ole day for me. I thought finally, they have everything straightened out and the withdrawals will start. Heck even the $2,000 max per day was good enough for me. February turned into March, then April, May, June, July, August...BAM! The PIPS world exploded and we were told it would be a rough time through the end of the year. Let me say, it's still a rough time and it's almost March (close enough for me anyway)...I am going to have a special Valentine with my wife tomorrow and then watch my daughter play in her HS game! I look back and the humbling experience of the past year lets me really appreciate what I have...my family, friends and life.

I hope BM is on the "up and UP" and that he does what he has posted. But, I am on the outside looking in and am no longer on the inside looking out. It's sad because I was really looking forward to buying the first round for everyone at the convention....and let me tell you I COULD! and I will if BM pulls this one out. But, I must admit that I am very disappointed that nothing has been posted of late after the excitement and fever pitch posts that BM has posted over the last few weeks. I thought, new year, new outcome! It's a new year...but, I am creating the new outcome. I want to thank the many individuals I have met here at the ROLCLUB for their advice, honesty and posts. NO I'M NOT LEAVING...But, I am handing over my POM POMS to the other cheerleaders. I am a PIPS supporter, heck, I need to follow my own advice and posts afterall don't I? YES, I DO!

THANKS FOR LETTING ME RAMBLE! I'm not even going to re-read this post or check it for spelling or grammical errors...I just needed to post to get this feeling out of my system before I spend a Valentine's day with my wife and family!

I HOPE EVERYONE WILL HAVE A SPECIAL DAY ON THIS VALENTINE'S DAY! BM AND SHARON TOO! 36 hours a day deserves a break sometimes...please don't be offended...but, we've all waited this long waiting an extra day will not deter the one's that are commited...so, take the day off Bryan! Hug your wife and please send us all a positive post this Valentine's day!

well well,after long consideration and reading every Bryan's post on his forum.I just dont feel like taking legal action.It seems bringing me back the feelings that we have when pips still around and Bryan still going out for convention.

foolish and selfish thinking there MMM. we have waited this long for the courts to decide the fate of PIPS why give mor Ammunition to the procuters to use?? dose not make a bit of cense to me. Look at my MY thread In general Chat and stop worring about what is happening at PIPS and PICPAY . Yopur complaint or leagalmaction will only increase the Problems.
