Sometimes we have to fight for our rights and for our money. If this month nothing happens we should create a pool, ask each Pipster from all PIPS forums to donate at least $5 per month. If we can get at least 5k members to do so we have a monthly sum of $25 k which should be enough to hire one or several top notch lawyers in MY and maybe additional ones abroad if necessary and if can raise more. IMO it shouldn't be a prob to gather this sum, everyone surely has 5 bucks left per month.

Yes, I agree a "class action" representation may very well be what we will "need" iiregardless of what we may want as a group. But cost couild be easily met with members donating as little as a dollar here and there with a pay as you go. It will be interesting to hear what Bryan has to say about BoN's response to Marek. Regardless of what he says, though, it remains BoN and further investigatory agencies of the Malaysian government yet to deal with; and, in this new context, the idea of class action representation makes good sense.

very good point mrlover....i joined pips on 2-20-2005...i sent money to a fellow pipster who had a picpay account...1000.00...to b exact....he got me in with his picspay money....am i even a pipster??..from what i can gather picspay was not even real.....very confusing....and i never even appled for a withdrawl as my 6 month anniversary was gonna b 8-20-2005....4 days after BoN confiscated the books....i don't post often....but i can tell u this from what i see...Bryan has to b the worst communicater i've ever seen....people were asking him to post just to let them know he was ok and still working on the problem....not to know any new news from BoN...and he did'nt even respond to that....very poor judgement on his part...no one is that busy......no one....IMHO....everyone have a nice day...Pat

Thanks for bringing this up to make people ponder about and understand. Actually this is only the tip of the iceberg, 95% of all people on this planet absolutely have no clue at all about anything what's really going on. It's not the people mostly to blame but the powers to be whose power date back centuries and millenia.

If my recollection is correct , I heard something from friends about PIPS applying for the chartering of their own bank ?? Isn't shortly after that that they began having problems ? Isn't the B.N. a Government owned bank??

Take a look at that " privately owned corporation known as " The Federal Reserve Bank " . The stockholders are the thirteen families of the the Elite Banking cabal . This cabal will go to any lenth to protect their power and control . The U.S. has a few assassinated and wounded presidents to show for it .

The various e-currency exchanges that have gotten quite popular represent a major threat to their power and control , wouldn't you say ? Now the banks are cutting all of their ability to process credit cards . Do you think that it's a coincident that e-gold has had to endure an annual " investigation " ?? How many others are now having difficulties ? Paypal seems to be immune so I would surmise they have connections with the cabal . Intgold was attacked and now you see Storm Pay putting the squeeze on everyone . That sure looks to me like something the CIA or FBI would do had they set up a " sting opperation " .

Things aren't always like they seem !! There may be very good reasons for B.M. keeping his mouth shut . Sorta like Ross Perot did right in the middle of a strong running for the Presidency ?? It's rumored that he was ordered to back off or see his family slain . It sure wasn't like him to pul on the reins like he did .

Why would you have to wait until your 6 months anniversary to withdraw?

I can answer the six month anniversary thing since my six months was up just after the bank confiscated everything as well.

When you loaned your money it was held 100% for six months... after that you could cash out your initial investment or whatever. So those of us that had just put in our funds in Feb of 05 were never in a position to have a withdrawal.

No it was not held at 100% reinvest for six months.........you could change the percent anytime you wanted and could start withdrawing your rol from day one.......either 100% or whatever you set it at.
Don't know who told you that...but fact is it was wrong.

Don't know where you got that from...

Your loan to pips paid "return" for 6 months and then expired (you would NOT get it back)
You could set your account to re-loan your return or you could set it to put it in your AF for you to withdraw. You could change that setting any and everyday you wanted to from day one.

I would like to know if we have to get lawyers to try and get our monies please advise
