Just my two cents, but why is everyone so upset about BoN not letting us know what is happening with the investigation When it should be Bryan M letting us know what is happening. If he can't directly tell us (which I don't believe) then he can let Merak or someone else know what is going on.
To me by not letting all of us know what is going on with PIPS is not showing Anyone very much RESPECT. It has gone on Way too long.

Bryan fooled us.... lets accept it...our money had gone already... he monopolized everything, from PIPS to payment processor(picpay), so he can controlled everything.... A wise man and a very good PR.... its all our fault... we believed him...

Then when people could not get their money out of picpay they sold people like me the funny money as late as 2005. If things get straigntened out with BN great, if not wonder where this will go.

WOW! It is not what we wanted to hear, but not all is lost yet.

hey guys. do you not understand that we have been ponzied? Wheres the money? Wheres Bryan? Why can't we get a response from BoN? Who's got some answers? Do you realiaze how much money is at stake here. It's more money than anyone can print. I have been ponzied before and this works just like that. Boy I hope I am wrong for my Mother in laws sake!!1

Bryan should have the information on the deciding people's in question. If he is not willing to give that up to one of us to make a courtesy call then I really do not think he is in any hurry to resolve this. The members work harder then he does it seems. I not only want to get some money back, I want the program up and running again. It was so much fun when all the merchants went up in picpay. It was fun window shopping, but geez, I hope if they ever come back that they will lower their prices. hehe.

hey! it has been too long. I was involved in a ponzie program in 1999 and it worked just like this. me and 350 insurance agents got caught up with the SEC and it reacked havic with us. And it worked the same way PiPs worked. Some got paid up front to give others hope and well you know the rest of the story. It's a lot of money envolved and more than any one can print. I hope I am wrong for my mother in laws sake. nuf. said!

Yes, it would be good to get information on what is happening, however, from what I have read here on the forum earlier I don't think anyone involved with the investigation will say anything, as apparently they are particularly harsh on anyone who "leaks" unauthorised information.

On the other hand, if ANY information was ACTUALLY received and posted here you could GUARRANTEE that someone (or more than one) from TG will use it, distort it, misrepresent it etc. and THAT could be harmful to our circumstances and the eventual outcome.

As for a lawyer, I'm not sure. I tend to think at this time there is enough money going to lawyers, but IF, PIPS lawyers could be contacted and a reply received THAT could be helpful.

Unfortunately, until it is ALL over, one way or the other, and decisions made, ANY information from ANY source WILL be used, distorted, etc. from those that seek to MAKE SURE PIPS does fail.

I will say that the info you apparently have recently received does not necessarily mean that PIPS is gone or that BRYAN has done anything wrong other than trust his employees. It could be referring to the "fantastic four" as I think they have been previously referred.
