Thanks for your update and info...... good luck ...... awaiting your results with baited breath....

I personally think it is time to move legally as a group. We have given our time, money, faith, and blood in believing in someone who has promised us time and again that things would change,but they haven't. Everyone is frustuaded beyond belief and this is causing descention among everyone. I would like to thank Marek for updating us and making an effort to do something positive. It is TIME as a group to put up or move on. Gator, I say lets get it on!

YES I needed a update from BoN, it has been along time and all my other investor is pressing me for an answer which I do not have!!! It has been A YEAR!!!! 2005 Jan/Feb withdrawal still on PENDING!!!!??!??!? Which is ridiculus!

Bryan need to pressed BoN, We need to press for an answer too!! Either way, we need our money!!!!?!?!?

Does anyone know the gravity of this issue?!?!?!???!

As far as trying to find the pips attorneys, that would best be left to a dynamite attorney...after all this is of a legal nature, and/or of a private investigator.
Is there NO ONE who has contact with Bryan anymore? If not, that's definately not a good sign!
The bank didn't take the money, but simple froze the accts, right? So an attorney ought to be able to find out how more about those accts.. if anything was in them, and how much now.
Again, the question...how do we know that BN is REALLY done with the investigation? And can't pips members find out the results? I think an attorney needs to deal with this... 17,000 X $5 each or more if we have it... that should be enough to provide some answers! I've received ZERO from pips...what about the folks who actually made good money from this....can you help with this fund?
