Default my turn on the soapbox

I've been reading through all the current threads re PIPSaid, etc and there seems to be a loud minority trying to use this as a way to get there whining about frozen funds to the forefront.
If you want your funds unfrozen,BNM is your gripe,NOT Bryan. You can either be inactive or proactive,it looks to me as though Bryan is trying to be proactive by bringing a small part of PIPS back online ASAP.
I read all the posts re gambling is bad,I don't do that blah, blah, blah. We get it already, you don't gamble nor do you approve of gambling, move on with your life, nobody cares if you join the new site or not.DON'T PREACH TO OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THE ILLS OF GAMBLING,most of us already know gambling is a,well,a "gamble"!!!!
A lot of this crap reminds me of "big brother" stepping in all over in the land below us and "protecting" people from supposed scammers by closing HYIPs and freezing funds without properly investigating what it is they are protecting us from, not that it would matter to the alphabet people anyway. There are always people who are looking out for our best interests out of the goodness of their teeny tiny little hearts, yeah right!!
I could probably go on for a while longer, but I'm plumb tuckered out now,so I'll go and rest for awhile.

Default BNM is the owner of PIPS Inc?

I was not aware that BNM is the owner of PIPS Inc? Should I tell my landlord to ask BNM for handouts when I refuse to pay for a year? I am serious about this, exactly who did we lend money to??? Please give me a simple answer, was it BNM or BM (enough of the name calling...)?

I'm sorry but that was a dumb comment. The bank is the one who froze the money, not Bryan. Once the bank unfreezes the funds, then ask for your money. Until then, Bryan can do nothing.

You nailed it WerkostoGuru. We loaned our money to Bryan, not BN. Bryan is the one who stopped paying, not BN. We still don't know why but i'm sure we'll find out eventually. Hopefully this investigation will reveal what Bryan has chosen not to and yes Bryan it is your choice.

Sorry, you guys, but this is very flawed reasoning. The reason BoN froze the funds was because Bryan's company had not paid the money (millions of dollars) due its loaning members for over 8 months, and people started to complain, thus requiring the investigation. BoN had no choice, and is not where to place the blame.

I agree..But lets take another look at the situation of WHY there were the complaints to bring about the investigation..This is purely speculation on my part, but I have silently seen some things that give it a bit of credence..I truly believe that there was someone in the upper management that was 'pencil whipping' the withdrawals to make it APPEAR as tho those funds went to the intended recipient, where in truth the funds went into their grubby hands..If one was around when withdrawals started to slow to a trickle, you would remember that for A LOT of that time frame Bryan was occupied on ventures outside of Malaysia and left a certain person in charge of things..And remember also that Bryan kept asserting that members WERE being paid, cause he only had reports from the home office that everything was 'hunky dory here boss'..Only when he returned and took a close look at things that he got a little bit of what was going on..Just my humble opinion..There was also the 'rumor' of crooked merchants...

    Cheers

Right P-John. That is exactly how I read what happened.
And also, do not forget that this very same person was responsible for the member updates and did so, albeit to a very small part of the membership through one Billy located in the US).

There is definitely a horrible smell around that P*ps management guy.
    Regards,
